This phone is surprisingly rich in features that allow you to set aside your smartphone and better disconnect. It has Google maps, WiFi, and a very basic browser. The camera, to be expected is poor for today’s smart phones but that’s not why you buy this phone.

Phone is literally iconic. It is so cute. It has a lot of crucial features, like Google maps, some phone games, etc. The only draw backs are that you can’t receive texts unless you switch to a basic phone plan, so if you’re buying this phone to ditch your smart phone only temporarily; it might not be the best fit.

This phone was exactly what I was looking for when it came to finding a flip phone that matched me. I was able to personalize it just the way I wanted thanks to the stickers and multiple backs. I think one great plus is that it has Google Maps. While it only provides written directions, I can still find where I need to go easily. Also, the button on the side that can be set to automatically send emergency contacts a text and your location is a great feature. Works well with Mint/T-Mobile service towers and the Google app is good for quick Wikipedia questions. I really like this phone not only because of it's personality, but also the fact it has helped with disconnecting from both work and social media in my free time. Ended up buying another one for my mom because she loved it for the same reasons.

I purchased this for my 11 year old daughter as her first phone. I was wanting this for the purposes of being able to call and text her. The phone doesnt have social media or any other nonsense that kids need to be exposed to at this age. She loves the phone and it works perfect. I paired it with Mint mobile phone service from Best Buy and the service is actually better than mine and cheaper. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend this for parents who dont want their kids into social media at this youg age.

I wish I would’ve just kept this phone it was such a good idea but now i’ve lost $300 and no longer have the device.. if u are thinking of downgrading or are currently using a dumb phone & considering this device 10/10 recommend it tbh.

This is the coolest phone ever! I am an avid Barbie fan and this was just another great ediition to my collection. It comes with a whole bunch of accessories and stickers that you can deck the phone out with.... And 2 cases that you can switch between putting on the phone to protect. Great Product, THANKS Best Buy!!!!

This phone is both adorable and just what i needed. I wanted a non smart phone that still had some abilities to help me get over my phone addiction. It works on the major phone carriers so al i had to do was switch over my sim card. I love that it has gos even if it is just step by step.

Very pretty. Love that it functions as a real phone. It’s good for trying to limit some screen time

Very cute. Compatible with mint mobile, assurance wireless, and tracphone. the sd card is easy to insert. Only issue you might run into is needing to get a better battery that lasts longer, but good news is it's easy to replace :)

Very nice retro phone a must if you're a barbie girl!

I bought this phone to lessen my screen time, and I must say that I love it so much. I still have my smartphone for at home usage, but I take this phone when I go out so I can be more present. I have AT&T. My smartphone had a sim card in it, and all I did was take it out and put it in this flip phone and haven't had any issues. TIP: If you buy this phone phone and want to take the sim card out of your smartphone, make sure iMessage and/or RCS chat is turned off before you switch or else you'll have messages missing. All of the phone reminds me of the early 2000s; which may be another reason I love it so much.

Great phone for my middle schooler. I really worry about giving my twelve year a smart phone but I need to have a means to contact her when she’s out for her school activities. This is a wonderful for parents who want to give their children a phone but not ready to give them full access to social media.

I honestly got it because it’s pink and was feeling nostalgic. You can still use the internet. The internet moves slow like all the flip phones of the past, but I don’t mind. I use the phone to debug when I need a break from my iPhone.

My niece is a superfan of Barbie and like the phone. It’s her first phone and her parents have no issues with her using it in middle school right now. Highly recommend if you’re a parent looking for your daughter’s first phone.
