I give it 0 solely on service provided by Hisense and Best buy. I purchased this tv on July 11, 2024. I had just moved to new apartment. Although i set it up, i did not remove the film and plastic till recently and observed a chip. Its the smallest thing ever but distorts the picture over a period of time due this chip. I called bestbuy who claimed to give me resolve but after speaking with 5 different representatives told me to call manufacturer who i spoke with a sent pictures of tv for Hisense to reply we take pics of merchandise before it goes into the box So not our problem please call best buy who then tells me they take a picture of the box when its delivered so if box is not damaged they are not responsible for it neither. I cant get past yhe fact that best buy also said its q day passed the 60 for return bit also missed the 15 day window of opportunity Then why do i have additional charge for geek squad protection for repair? Money was spent on Tv that I can not use. Hisense a company that can afford a replacement or a return wont and bestbuy who can afford a replacement or fix wont help my either. Qhich means the hard working person who can barely afford nything losses No solution, no resolve. Money spent, time waisted only an apology Please do not purchase anything Hisense there warranty wont cover physical damage although i dont know what their warranty covers but not physical damage. Bestbuy will not offer protection or a solution. Please be careful before you buy if you do be promptly because they have remorse or consideration for the buyer. They hold you responsible with out your fault. Never again

This is my second LG OLED, my other one I brought about 6 years prior. This thing rocks, whether playing xbox series x or watching HDR content, Im loving it. The speakers, surprised me, they are pretty loud, and no longer feel like i need a sound system in my open concept home. I would definitely recommend it.

I love this television, by far it is one of the best screens that there is today, its brightness and its image is much better than an oled TV, this being one of the best mini led TVs on the market

Real professionals. Box even had signs of damage from warehouse, which they were upfront about. Stayed to help me unbox and make sure everything was good (and it was).

Talking about this TV is amazing, the geek squad is amazing and did a great job. I highly recommend that you take advantage of this great deal on this great TV.

It looks nice. I’ve had it 4 years and am doing a third service call. The self clean gets super hot where you can’t even touch the edge or top of the stove. It’s starting g to cook unevenly and the front right burner will get super hot in medium. Needs to be on low for medium.

I appreciate everything but they didn’t let us know they were done, they damaged my wash machine and now I can’t stack it.

The worst installation ever - see pics. As much business as I’ve dealt with BB in past would expect someone to arrange a pro to fix this install. Even though I bought the installation, I was told the store did not include the dryer hose, and an elaborate story how it was going to come out of his pocket. After haggling I gave him $60 cash and let them get to work. When finished, I signed the ticket just to get them out. Water hoses are too long dryer vent is way too long ( he told me I could fix that by buying a plastic one and changing myself). The unit is a foot off the wall and now makes the room too tight. Unit is too heavy for me to move by myself. it’s terrible install job.

We’re home delivery not available I could not have purchased a new TV. The service was excellent they did a GREAT job of getting it setup and getting me started on navigating the menus!

They came with 3 guys to removed my old washer and dryer, then installed the new one Super fast!!! Only thing is the washer came with a big dent in it, but the guys resolve it before leaving which was great.

I would give them a 10 rating cuz they were very nice, quick and very helpful as they told me everything about the fridge and what not to do to avoid issues later on

They delivered my bike on time and with care plus it was packed with all type of foam for protection and it kept it safe from any breaks scratches or bruises
