Fantastic Delivery. They listened to my concerns with attention and were very pleasant. They let me inspect the unit with patience and I really appreciated that. When your spending this kinda coin, nothing damaged will be coming in our home. Again I must say, the delivery was A1 and my new refrigerator was in Perfect condition.

I had a good experience with Bestbuy delivery service they came and set everything up it went smooth. 15 mins they install the washer and dryer.

After the purchase was completed, the geek squad arrived on president's day that afternoon. They call when there on their way just about 20min out which gives you time to remove anything from the area to replace or install the appliance. For a small fee, they'll also take your old appliance with them no hassle! Must request at checkout however.

Told by Salesperson Tim that the delivery company and people could handle removing a 48" refrigerator and he was 100% incorrect. These men not only damaged our custom kitchen flooring that is continous throughout our forever home, but pushed it back in!!! Who does this! Stating the refrigerator would have 2 be delivered by more men. My husband told them to bring in the new refrigerator, placed in our dining room and 2 weeks later, different 4 men came and only 2 needed to remove it and carry it out! Nothing put down on flooring the first time to protect the floor, but obviously the 2nd 4 men asked for our area rug to place under the area before once again pulling out the broken refrigerator. Now after 4 months of getting estimates sending pictures, statements, having an adjuster come and assess the damage. We wait for the delivery mens statement and they lied! Stating the never removed the old fridge, but returned and put the new refrigerator in place 2 weeks later. But they were never here! Can't make this up! Now the insurance company states they are siding with the delivery company since they are insured thru them and DENIED our claim! So who is going to fix our flooring!

The home delivery service is very punctual and the staff is very friendly.

Home delivery was definitely a 5 star they were generous and in time with my products and quick service explain everything to me and I learned how to use my washer and dryer very patient with me

Good ordered a iteam Applied for a card however it says 10% off, but now it shows only 5% off first purchase that’s weird

Delivered LG C3 77" with no issues at all. I was a bit worried about the TV being damaged during transport, but not damaged to the box and product.

Easy, fast and were on schedule. No complaints over here.
