Great tv but here’s my problem. I purchased this tv for my elderly mother. The last tv I purchased had a one button all on feature from comcast that turned ALL device’s on. Ok so here is my issue. When tv cable box amplifier comes on,the tv goes either to the app’s menu or a picture or sound option menu, and then to another option menu before connecting to hdmi 1 source for cable. Sounds like no big deal. But for someone in there eighties it is. I have to stop by her home before work just to turn the tv on for her during the day. Great picture but still only 2 stars for not having this option for one button turn on. DO NOT BUY THIS for elderly parents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The two men who dilivered my refrigerator were great, ( darius and his partner) the most careful they possably could have been, with all brand new flooring,paint,and trim work that was just installed, would have been much more stressful without them. Thankfully on that morning they were scheduled to work that day.

They work out perfect! One for my deers and one for my beers!!

I love the tv the size is just right, the delivery men were very professional and called me when they were close. So far no complaints but the remote seems to be malfunctioning and running the batteries out in two days or it might just be the batteries. And for some reason the tv keeps cutting on by itself.

When it works, it works well. When it doesn't, IT DOESN'T. It's been seven months and I now have lines and blacked out spaces across the screen. The technician just walked me throughan update that there was no notice for, about a month ago. That time, the picture jumped like it had the palsy, every time anyone spoke on screen.

Delivery was on time, as we expected. Workers were very pleasant and helped us to put heavy items on the place we wanted. Also they helped us to understand how to install it correctly.

They were on time and installed the freezer for us made a very easy for us.

These guys were awesome early first of all which now is almost unheard of and they had everything thing in place in 30 minutes

They were good but a just a little bit rough in bringing the tv inside. Looked like he struggled a bit and cshould of had 2 ppl to bring it in since it was so big

These guys were Quick fast friendly just awesome delivery guys.. They came and swapped out the defective washer and brought the new one in so fast. It was awesome.

This is a must if you get a TV over 50 inches. I had to get a couple of replacement unit due to defective panels and without home delivery it would be a BIG pain.
