My gift card was a nice bonus when I got it after my purchase of my Samsung W/D. BOUGHT me a microwave a blue tooth speaker & a ice maker. Whoo hoo

Install was done incorrectly. The shipping bolts were not removed from the washer, the dryer fell off the washer the first and only time the washer was used. My wall is damaged! I can't speak with anyone who can speak English, and the last lady was SO rude. Its been over a week and still no one has come to repair the issue, no compensation for the damaged wall. I Regret shopping with this company, and NEVER will again! Its all damaged and will be 2 weeks before they replace them. I never would have had them take my old working machines if I thought there was even a chance something this ridiculous would happen. Its best to purchase big items where they actually care about their customers, instead of handing you off to foreigners who cant understand you any better than you can them. I'm furious!

This TV stand is very esthetically pleasing. All of my consoles fit on it and its extremely sturdy. I love this new TV stand!

I love my new tv,small problem is the sound on the tv could be louder,i have all Samsung products, I just wish the sound was louder, but guess what add a sound bar and you have the perfect television

The Delivery of the merchandise is very bad, the Best Buy application gives the option to issue a comment to which I suggested a delivery time and it was not taken into account, I called twice and it was not taken into account, in the end it is more than 8 days to receive the merchandise, the Best Buy company cannot play with people's time, since many of us have our occupations and their suggested delivery hours are very wide. For the delivery the guys do their job very well, they are careful not to damage the product, for me they do deserve 5 estreñas.

Home delivery was perfect! There was something wrong with the water dispenser so they had to take the refrigerator back. But second delivery was smooth.

They were a day early. They installed our fridge in a very curious manner and took the time to teach us basic setting and how to optimize our experience with the new technology.

We had nothing but trouble with some other stores, but are thrilled with the service from Best Buy! Stay to finish every time had been excellent. We've so far purchased 4 large appliances

Excellent service, very professional. Got the job completed and all components attached! Mounted my outdoor TV, checked my WiFi and made appropriate recommendations as my signal wasn’t strong outside. It was fixed the next day with a product they recommended! Now everything is super!!

The gentleman that brought my washer and dryer did an amazing job bring them in and helping me set them up. And there was no damage to the machines as they were brought in.

They delievered on time the second time, but they said someone else was supposed to take away the old one and they couldnt install that day, so we had to wait again. They were never rude and they handled everything with care.

I purchased a beautiful open box refrigerator. I had to wait a few weeks until arrival. Upon delivery Francisco the delivery man told me it would not fit thru my gate. Francisco and his partner said they would drop it in my garage and I’d have to call and schedule a separate appointment for set up. They were very dismissive and rude. I asked them to wait for me to call customer service so I could confirm if they dropped it off would I still be able to get set up. They said no they had to go. On the flip side when I got ahold of customer service, Ken was amazing. He was kind, he apologized and explained that there was a set up but the sales person put the wrong sku in. So it seemed like there wasn’t one. Ken set up an appointment to have their service team come and set it up.

Best Buy has excellent delivery service, always has. The guys were polite, on time and went the extra mile with my absurdly long stairwell.

Terrible experience with Best Buy’s home delivery and installation. I scheduled delivery for a new refrigerator, and not only were they unable to install the water line—they said it was “too complicated”—but they also damaged my refrigerator in the process. I trusted Best Buy because I expected trained professionals, but instead I was left with an appliance that wasn’t fully installed and now has a dent. No solutions, no accountability, just excuses. If you’re expecting proper installation or careful handling, I would seriously reconsider using Best Buy’s delivery service. This experience was completely unacceptable and a huge disappointment.

Best Buy Delivery Services is the best one out there. Delivery guys are very professional, detail-oriented, and polite. Their work is beyond expectation.

The two agents were on time and very professional. They were very polite and helpful with and knowledgeable. They did everything really fast and was able to continue on with my day.
