Best Buy delivery driver and helper were very polite! The called ahead of time to keep me updated, they did great with the TV delivery. They were being very careful with the TV also. All around great job.

Best Buy home delivery was quick, safe and smooth. The 2 gentlemen handled my 85 inch Hisense TV with care. They were very courteous and professional.

The gentleman that delivered my washer was fantastic and very kind. I was having trouble removing my old washer, but he was kind enough to remove it for me and dispose of the old washer. Would definitely recommend and will order again in the future.

For the first time, Best Buy declined to transport appliances into one of the apartments I manage. The delivery team refused to carry them upstairs, citing, “If I scratch it during delivery, I'll have to pay for it.” Despite my offer to remove the doors and wrap the appliances in a blanket and tape, they still refused to move a $2,500 refrigerator and a nearly $1,500 smart range up just one flight of stairs. Instead, these items were left outside, boxed and covered in plastic, for weeks. I was compelled to disassemble and haul them piece by piece using my own furniture dolly. This was particularly frustrating as the delivery service, included in the purchase, explicitly promised delivery to the unit. They did manage to bring the matching dishwasher and microwave upstairs. However, amidst the confusion, we didn't immediately notice that the wrong microwave model was delivered. Our entire kitchen features the Samsung Bespoke lineup with matching white glass fronts and smart WiFi connectivity. In error, we received model ME17R7021ES, a stainless steel, non-smart microwave. My request to exchange this mismatched item was denied due to it being past the 30-day limit. This is my primary grievance: I now have a brand-new, non-matching microwave that I neither need nor want, and Best Buy refuses to exchange it. I've always regarded Best Buy as a fair company. This microwave does not match the other kitchen appliances, and it's still in its original packaging with all paperwork and parts intact. Dealing with customer service and the delivery team has been a nightmare. I hope Best Buy will rectify these issues. We might have to sell this brand-new microwave to purchase the correct model. It feels unfair and unprofessional for this situation to have arisen, especially considering that we've spent over $50,000 on appliances through our corporate account with Best Buy this year. They were once my go-to appliance store.

Absolutely fantastic service! Timely, polite, and friendly! The delivery people interacted with my children and answered all questions we had, along with making sure everything was hooked up and working correctly. Such a pleasant delivery!

Initial installers would not install my stackable washer and dryer because I did not have a drain pan for the washer. Best Buy does not list this as a requirement but customer service said that it is required. This should be noted online as a requirement. So the install had to be rescheduled meaning I had to take another day off work to be home for this. The washer and dryer was left inside in front of my main door and hallway so I had to move it out of the way myself (Picture is after I moved it) as the installers just dropped it and left even after I asked them to move it out of the way. Apparently they could not wait 10 minutes total for me to go to my local home depot to pick a drain pan up to complete the install. Only giving 3 stars because the product was not damaged upon delivery. The second set of installers were was better than this first couple.

Home delivery for my freezer was great, it arrived on time and they were super kind. The product was treated with great care! Thank you Best Buy!

I love my new GE dishwasher and am very happy with this purchase! It is so quiet I can barely hear it running and the dishes come out sparkling clean. The slate color is beautiful and doesn’t show any finger marks. I have purchased all matching appliances and it accents well with my winter sweet gray kitchen cabinets.

THE DATE OF MY DELIVERY WAS CHANGED TI MY CHAGRIN BUT THE GUYS DID APPEAR AND PLACE THE GIGANTIC RANGE JUST INSIDE THE DOOR. SCARY TIMES WITH THE DEADLY VIRUS SWIRLING AROUND US. THE DELIVERYMEN WERE VERY NICE NIVE CHAPS. YHEY WERE QUITE CHEERFUL AND UPBEAT. I BELIEVE THEY LIKED THE SUBSTANTIAL TIP I GAVE EACH OF THEM.

Tv had a line in it. The guys were great so I don’t think they had anything to do with it. May just be a defect but that’s the only reason it’s not 5stars.
