Both fridges I had delivered were damaged. Couldn’t be pinpointed where the damaged happened…. In the warehouse or in transit. I’m not sure how to rate this service the guys were nice and professional. They seem to sympathize with my situation. But the fact remains somewhere both deliveries were badly damaged. Photos show one looks like it was kicked in. And the other looks like it was drug face down .

We literally waited 7 months on our refrigerator to be delivered. They kept giving us excusr after excuse when we would call and sit in hold forever as to why they didn't come in any of the ten appointment times we set up. Come to find out they had sold our refrigerator to dinnertime else and that's why they weren't bringing it. Finally it all worked out for the best and we got a pretty big discount on another fridge. Then came the washer and dryer. It didn't take quite as long for them, compared to the refrigerator but after our third time being stood up I was starting to worry. Best Buy did compensate us some for the hassles but at the time it didn't seem near enough when you don't have a refrigerator for a little more than half the year

My freezer was damaged from one side during delivery. I expected better from best buy but i guess every company is the same at the end. DISSAPOINTED

Great TV for price highly recommend it I have a Q80 Qled Tv series Samsung 75 inch and honestly spending 2799$ on this tv compared to the hisense that’s 500-700$ all day I recommend this one it’s all branding it’s like buying Nike buying it for the name

Took the old fridge away with ease. Left the new one that was damaged but came back with a new one fairly quick.

The schedule was very well organized. The arrival notification was done perfectly giving me a heads up the day before and then again just before they arrived. The took great care in using proper PPE while in my home. Very much appreciated! Could not be happier with the service.

Jayden and his partner were the best! I’ve had back surgery within the past year and they brought it and set it up perfectly! Highly recommend

Delivery was great. The installer was very kind and patient with us. He had to customize the cabinet to fit the oven in and he did a great job.

Delivery guys were awesome!! Very professional and friendly! Only issue I have is after tape was taken off, I noticed the front of the door is scratched! And oddly enough, I had to decline acceptance of oven as it was damaged although the box was not!

Our new refrigerator arrived with a big scratch on the door. I called the after delivery number listed in the folder I was given at Best Buy. I spoke with a person named Jay, so he say’s, as I explained about the scratch on the door, he asked to put me on hold, several minutes later he returned and apologized for the scratch on my dishwasher, huh, I repeated myself and again told him it was a refrigerator, he then asked me how old the washing machine was, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The following day I spoke with a different associate. Only time will tell how the refrigerator performs. The only noteworthy thing I will comment on is, why isn’t there a light in the bottom drawer of the freezer, the top drawer has a light.

Box was in perfect condition . It came earlier than expected but that’s great in my case . No complaints .

The delivery service is perfect. I was kept aware of all details of the delivery and the delivery man was so professional and kind.

The Geek Squad guys did an great job. Not only did they deliver me my new tv. They also hauled off the old one with their haul away services. Definitely recommend.

This is a huge tv! Wonderful picture quality. What’s wrong? It is now showing a huge white line vertically and the TV is literally less than two years old. 21 months operating to be exact. No we didn’t buy a warranty. But who would think their Samsung tv wouldn’t work after such a short amount of time. We are sad or I should say heartbroken that we have to shop for a new TV. The replacement of parts aren’t worth replacing. Samsung is losing a customer of many years over this. There isn’t anything they would do to rectify this situation. Buyer beware.

With Best Buy, I consistently great delivery service delivery on my LG refrigerator was amazing. The guys were careful and mindful of their surroundings and did an excellent job from start to finish.

Best Buy TV delivery was on time. They carefully delivered TV system into the home. Delivery workers were extremely courteous and professional.

Installers were great, had parts on their truck to make electrical fixes, and were professional. I know teams are all different - I hope yours are as professional.
