Installers were great, had parts on their truck to make electrical fixes, and were professional. I know teams are all different - I hope yours are as professional.

I got a call when they were 15 minutes away. They were easy on time to the window they gave me for my delivery and install. I appreciate there professionalism and understanding of someone's time!

The picture covers the entire screen, I like that. A lot of bells and whistles but the sound leaves a little to be desired unless you are directly facing it. I have an OTA antenna and the remite interferes with the picture when I lower or raise the sound...would have given 5 stars except fir that.

I was disappointed in the delivery experience. The main delivery person told me I didn’t need to stay near him after I showed him where the dryer was. So I went to close the main house entrance door, and he promptly called me back. He said my gas valve was broker, and told me I could reschedule or he had a replacement part in his truck, and can replace it for $150 cash. Then told me Best Buy wouldn’t be involved. When I disagreed with him, he again said I could reschedule, but he wasn’t allowed to connect the new machine. Then I showed him it wasn’t broken, and the gas worked. He then agreed to complete the delivery and install the dryer. Either he was trying to take advantage of and get an extra $150, or he is poorly trained. They also scratched up our wall and broke a coat hook. Altogether it was a very disappointing experience.

The delivery crew was very helpful & the packaging kept the fridge free from scratches. So glad we went with delivery, making moving into our home so much easier for us!

The guys showed up on time. Took their time to ensure nothing was damaged. Took my old unit without problems. I like that best buy uses their own delivery guys and not third party.

The Best Buy crew was excellent. They wore masks, maintained social distance, and were very careful with when removing the old frig and while installing the new one. We were very impressed with how much effort they put into setting the refrigerator up just as we wanted. Great guys!

They did a great job with installation and went through the remote with me and showed me how everything works. Beautiful color on my new tv.

Delivery was faster than I expected. I made sure the driveway was clear (I live on a hill), but the guys still parked at the end and carried my freezer up the driveway.
