Terrible experience with best buy. My refrigerator was attempted to delivered, and they couldn’t install it. I had spent all day long today trying to include the installation via phone calls and chat . None worked. Terrible costumer service. Paid to install the minibar, they wanted to leave the item on the garage, after arguing they left my minibar inside the house did not even open the box when I paid to install it. Problems after problems. Never had issue with lowes and home depot. Will never even again buy at best buy

The fridge was delivered today and I love it. It fits perfectly in the spot and I still have space leftover.

Great setup and communication was top-notch! I had a meeting at the time and they still set up my appliances with care and respect!

They caused a leak, and no it wasn’t an old valve issue. Leak was coming from a compression nut that they didn’t lock down and they manhandled the pipe causing the sleeve inside the nut to bend. I had to call a plumber and have it fixed for $480. And the delivery and installation people left parts of the old dishwasher in the street and they never gave me, or used, the dishwasher hook up kit that I paid $40 for so I can’t even return it.

The home delivery service for our Kitchen Aid refrigerator was great. The delivery movers were courteous and took very care of our refrigerator. I highly recommend.

I felt that the people who brought me the refrigerator were very kind. I felt good because they were friendly and had good manners.

The guys were very friendly and efficient. I was disappointed in my Best Buy Total membership that I've had for years and only used once. They said there is a charge for delivery and installation now. The salesman on the phone told me different. It might not be worth renewing.

The best stove mkney can buy. I dont regret for a second the choice in stove i made. Its easy to clean and it cooks so fast. Im in love.

If I could give negative stars, I would... I have a business account with Bset Buy. Ordered this (new) 85" TV and picked it up couple of hours later. The day after, went on to install it onto existing mount and not only did I discover that the TV was most likely a previous return (no plastic on the screen and somewhat beat-up inside packaging, but once mounted, the TV is defective - 1/3 of screen is not showing picture. OK, things happen, I understand... When I came to the store trying to address this, there was no option to get the replacement right away. This time around I wanted the store to make it right and have it installed. I do not any longer trust the store to give me a working item unless they bring it and install it. Well, they wanted to charge me $250 for mounting the TV onto existing mount - something that literary takes 10 min for 2 people to do. None of the managers in-store were willing to work with me on this and just gave me a "matter of fact" answer - "if you want it installed, you have to pay for it". Now this huge box of dead weight is sitting in my living room taking 1/4 of space. Unfortunate, but my company or personally will not be doing any more business with Best Buy and I will make sure to share my experience with my friends, business associates/partners and the clients. If someone from customer relations sees this review and wants to reach to make this right, I will give them the chance. If not - Good Bye, Best Buy!

It was my first delivery from Best Buy. Deliver made on time. As promised Best Buy they delivered product inside home. Also they maintained COVID protocol by wearing mask. Overall good delivery experience. Easy assembly. Love this treadmill.

They provided excellent service, were easy to communicate with, and arrived on time. They even called ahead to confirm.

I would say the delivery guy is really great. I live in 2 storey apt no elevator and he was by himself no help at all but he was able to lift my huge refrigerator without any complain and still able to smile such a nice guy. I feel bad too coz when I see my ref that is not what I ordered. Now I have to call bestbuy to replace it.

Very nice and professional delivery staff. The burners were not covered and the top of the oven was a little dirty and smudged. When we wiped off to clean it we noticed 3 small scathes on the cream top. Please contact us to try to resolve this issue.

I ordered a 65" TV within 4 days Best Buy had two guys deliver my new TV free of charge because I'm a member. Very respectful of you're house.

Amazing! Installers delivered to my 3rd floor easily and installed. They were in and out like 30mins or so.

I am very pleased! It cleans my dishes so well! Better then the worldpool i had which never cleaned dishes well from the beginning! this is also more quiet too! I recommend it if you want clean

I purchased a Dyson hairdryer two days ago - a NEW hairdryer to my un understanding. I received it yesterday with a letter telling me it was refurbished ? No where on the Best Buy site for the Dyson hairdryer does it say I was buying a refurbished item. It is incredibly misleading to sell an item and not mention it is refurbished. I would not have purchased it. I am heading to Best Buy today to return it.
