The delivery was smooth and no damage was done! But it was like 6:30 in the morning

My big TV was delivered with care. The delivery guys were careful carrying it all the way to the back of my house. Really nice people!!

2 delivery dates cancelled. 3rd, fridge delivered. Ice maker doesn't work, left freezer doesnt work. 4th delivery stayed home all day unaware of non delivery. Next day informed to reschedule. Customer service department rude and unprofessional. Hopefully 5th delivery is the end of this agonizing purchase. Spent $2600.00 November 28th. We are almost 2 months later that I have been dealing with a non functioning fridge.

We just received a few days ago. Till now works fine. I'm not sure who did it but at delivery ( I asked to be removed from box and brought inside the house) there was a very large scratch in the unit. They brought to me like that anyway.

Had dishwasher delivered to my house. Had no other choice. No damage was caused by the professional team that showed up.

I recieved the dishwasher today, the box was cut open all the way around. I lifted the top, opened the dishwasher and it was all wet on the inside of the dishwasher. I think I recieved a used dishwasher.

The 1st washer was delivered and left in the middle of my laundry room door way. And the pedastal let in the box in my hallway. I waited for this washer because of how good the reviews were even though my old one was no longer usable. There was an issue with my washer connection. It was replaced a few months earlier but with well water I constantly get scale at the quick connects to plastic. I asked if they could at least put it on the pedastal and put it in place. (I could connect the water) They told me they needed to call to see if that was okay and went to their truck where they just got in and drove away. I was mortified. And the washer made noise and looked like it was returned as it had water stains already at the connection upon arrival. The replacement washer install was a nightmare also. They took the screws that hold the drum in place outside before they carried it up a flight of stairs and before they laid it on the backside to attach the pedastal. Which for some reason they never attached the pedastal.

The delivery men were neat and couteous and prompt

The home delivery system was easy to use and setup. Drivers were friendly, on time, and glad to assist in dropping off the Schwinn Bike in the area I wanted it.
