Great job in delivery of my Best Buy Thank you Kathryn

Receive the frig i ordered 8 days late. But nice frig for a decent price. But when they did delivery frig they called came right over and put it in the kitchen.

Refrigerator Arrived on time, installation was very efficient

Delivery guys were fast and made sure I was happy before they left. Had no problems.

I’m happy for delivery service. The updates were easy to understand. The guys were so professional and knowledgeable.

It was good, they did seem to complain a little to each other about having to take off the fridge doors to get it in the house but it was a 30 cu ft fridge so that should have been expected

Tech’s that dropped the TV I believe forgot how to talk! They knocked, slid the TV in the door , took a picture and bolted. Lol. Didn’t really bother me but thought it was unusual.

Great service care and timing of my delivery I was ecstatic to receive my delivery first thing in the morning .

_WARNING: Worst Experience with Best Buy!_ I purchased a $10,000 fridge (part of $30,000 in appliances), and after *SEVEN failed installation attempts*, I’m left with nothing but frustration: - *Wrong crew size*: Repeatedly sent too few people. - *Aggressive behavior*: A delivery person got physically aggressive with my husband. - *Property damage*: They broke a wall, lied about it, and my claim is still unresolved. - *Fridge STILL not installed*: It’s been a month, and it’s sitting in my dining room, creating a hazard for my child. - *Spoiled food*: No fridge = wasted money on spoiled groceries. - *Complete inconvenience*: Seven days of rescheduling my life, only for them to fail every time. This is absolutely unacceptable. @BestBuy, fix this NOW.

Delivery team was so meticulous and careful delivering my LG OLED 77” tv. Lawrence and Ron deserve a massive raise when the hard work and dedication they do for their job.

Assembly was not to difficult I put bike together by myself. I am a 60 year old young lady and had no problems with assembly. So far I love this bike. The only thing I may consider changing is to get gel seat that more be more comfortable.

Was good but they dented both the dryer and washer.

Was delivered damaged. Although there was no damage to the outside when opened there were broken shelves, the top, back, metal rails. Our kitchen was being redone and we did not open for about 4 months after delivery and now Best Buy won't stand behind it. I don't recommend this item from Best Buy. We also bought a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave and love them. Not sure why Best Buy thinks we are trying to scam them on the fridge. We just want a new one, not our money back.

The delivery was prompt and efficient. The driver had great communication and everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Love my new Whirlpool washing machine. It has a variety of washing cycle options without being overwhelming.

The delivery guys were excellent! The guys were great. They moved my furniture. They made the delivery smooth and quick. Very professional.

Excellent TV, color is Natural and vibrant. Loved the Google assistant feature. The apps are very snappy and responsive. I was deciding between Samsung QLED, LG OLED of the same size and similar price. This is by far the the one I am very happy with.

I recently got Massager with free home delivery. They got on time and were communicative. I am on the 2nd floor they bring it upstairs where I needed it. However, I have to unbox and set it up by myself.

So glad Best Buy delivered my tv instead of going through the Mail. The delivery men were so polite, when the carried the tv inside . I’d definitely order through them again .
