The worst home delivery scheduling and delivery I’ve ever experienced. Don’t believe the time frame they give you because they will change it without notifying you until 12 hours before they are going to deliver. The delivery guys refused to take the washer with them when I told them I didn’t want it because it wouldn’t work when they plugged it in. Then when they left I realized my cameras and internet weren’t working because those outlets weren’t working either. I then looked behind the washer they installed and seen they broke the tiles behind it by shoving it back. So they not only broke and ruined tiles by shoving the washer in instead of waiting for the other worker to assist in lifting it into place but they also ruined the GCFI outlet that the washer plugs into which also caused the outlets that runs my cameras and internet to stop working. The reset button will not work on that outlet now even though everything worked fine when they arrived. My cameras even told me when they were there and when they were coming in twitch the washer. Now I have to contact an electrician to fix the issue. And contacting someone at BestBuy to pick up the washer or pay for damages has been a joke!!

Delivery would have been free. I needed install. Extra cost. Damage was done. Total was $400 for special install service. Should refund but could never get a response.
