TV Delivery was very well planned and on selected time. Delivery person handled box very carefully and delivered in home.

Miguel and Jason did an excellent job getting my new freezer delivered and setup. Freezer door needed to be removed. No issue for them . They were a quality team.

I had a delivery for aug 22 and i was rescheduled due to the fact the person named jamar had the wrong address which was not my mistake. The man called me on the phone and told me he had to reschedule because if this error. I told him i would go to him where he was which was 2 blocks away and pick it up but he kept cutting me off. I was very upset because i spent 1700 dollars on this tv and i changed all my plans for this delivery but he didnt want to hear that. After that a coworker of his calls me and states that the delivery guy was going to give me the tv but he decided not tondue to my behavior. I mean who would not be upset if you change all your plans for a tv you spent 1700 dollars for and they dont want to guve it to due to an error by the delivery people. They rescheduled me for aug 24 but i was so upset and went to the store to get my money back instaed. When i got to the store in long island city ny i spoke to customer service and helped by great people their. I especially liked the store manger joshua dwarkah he was very helpful. They had the same model tv in stock so i decided to pick it up from the store an take an uber home. I love best buy and have been buying stuff for years but this delivery guy almost made me lose faith in best buy. Thank you joshua and your team. In the end i got a wonderful tv with great features, thanks

Well... here we go. I am unable to get any resolution from the "Blue Shirts" or "elevated support" to make things right so I am going to give our experience with the Geek Squad. We ordered a washer and dryer with delivery and installation. A crew of three showed up and only to get halfway up the stairs with the washer and before one guy started complaining about his back and aborted the install. One, extremely rude, tech decided she was going to gaslight my (pregnant) wife trying to convince her that installation is not included with the order. After showing the technician both the receipt and online order the woman continues to say the installation portion of the receipts are referring to the free delivery of the installation kits (which we were required to buy for the free install). At this point my wife had called me while Im at work crying because of how rude the woman was. I have never spoken to such a rude and combative company representative my entire life. She had absolutely no interest in helping to get this resolved. We offer to pay for extra for the install and she says they don't do second floor installs. I want her to call best buy to confirm we get installation...she says they don't have time and I need to call. It escalated to the point I turned on screen record but unfortunately it doesn't capture audio during phone calls. I obviously cant force them to do the instal so I tell her to leave. According to my wife; at this point they began to leave making a show of it outside to the point our neighbors took notice and made comments afterwards. They tried to leave the 200lb washing machine at the bottom of the stairs blocking the front door open and a 150lb dryer outside in front of the garage door. My, pregnant, wife pleaded with them to move it to an open space in the living room before leaving. They then moved it to block the entrance of the garage door (see pictures) where my wife explained she wouldn't be able to access the garage; but, thats where they left it. So; now we have a 200lb washing machine blocking the entrance to the garage and a dryer blocking the garage door outside leaving my pregnant wife unable to access or drive her car. Well...now I have to leave work so my wife is not stranded at the house. On the way home I stop by the BestBuy we bought the washer and dryer explaining what happened and showing the manager pictures my wife sent. The manager confirms our purchase includes install and apologizes profusely about our treatment while making several phone calls to get this resolved. He tells me they are going to get someone out to do that install that night and will call me ( I should have spoken to them directly and gotten a number). So I go home and wait...and wait..until I couldn't wait anymore if I wanted to move the WD myself. I go buy a $140 appliance dolly, pulled the 200lb washer and 150lb dryer up the stairs, and installed them by myself. Im now out a 1/2 day of work and out $140 for a dolly so the next day I call best buy to see what they are going to do to make this right. I talked to a very nice gentleman who also apologized profusely about our treatment and basically says this is above his paygrade absolutely assuring me upper tier support will call me right back as a priority issue. Well...I waited...and waited..but never got the phone call. I did; however, get an email requesting a date to perform the installation. Keep in mind I have already installed myself but the first install date would be a week later the day before Thanksgiving (we wont be in town). Do they really expected us to keep the dryer outside for over a week blocking the garage door? Or the washing machine blocking the garage entrance? I don't usually write bad reviews because I understand things happen and I will usually get a reasonable response fro businesses in receiving a solution; however, I have no other outlet here due to a complete lack of support in the situation which BestBuy has put us in other than to write a bad review warning others of how bad their service can get. Believe it or not this is a condensed version of what I want to say, especially about my wife's experience with the "installers". Be forewarned...

Refrigerator delivery and setup was perfect. They had to remove our door and they did so quickly and efficiently. The door is back on and working perfectly. Super fast and strong.

Delivery guys could not figure out a quarter turn water valve. They were unable to disconnect the hose line because it started dripping while they were loosening it I told them it was just residual water and the hose line, but they did not believe me and claim they could not finish the installation because of it. After they left, I disconnected the hose line myself and found no problems. I paid for professional installation and received two amateurs that did not know what to do with basic installation.
