AVOID!! - THIS OR FUTURE MODELS OF THIS DRYER UNIT

An error code of 9C1 was displayed, which indicates there's an issue with the power supply. There's been no change to our power, and the previous 240v dryer was connected for years. A few online searches later and I discovered multiple reviews of people noting this same error occurred to them a few months in, and it's related to a known control board issue linked to short occurring when the door is closed. Side note, I contacted Best Buy support via chat, which took 2 hours and 10 minutes with a total of 8 transfers to arrange for this to be refunded/picked up, as well as order a replacement non-Samsung dryer. Unfortunately, the similar model could not be delivered for 25 days... which means we're without a dryer for 25 days. Best Buy was unable to compensate us for the inconvenience, so I'm leaving this review with the unlikelihood I'm awarded a $400 gift card for leaving a review. I hope you liked this review, I normally don't bother, but trying to give a warning to other husbands out their who have to explain to their wives they're dryer-less for 25 days!! Merry Christmas to all!
