I had a dishwasher delivered and installed on November 1st 2025. During the installation my countertop and my tile floor was damaged. As of November 21st 2025 I have not heard from anyone about coming to fix it or make it right despite multiple attempts of me trying to reach out. I highly discourage anyone from using Best buy to install anything. They will damage your home and then they will not try to make it right.

Eeea Ya that’s what I thought. Just eea. The guys worked fast but only willing to drop them off (washer and dryer) They wanted to leave them in the garage but I installed on putting them in the hallway near my laundry room. I don’t have a hand truck like they do. My washer had a dent in the back that I didn’t notice until after they left. They were in such a hurry I didn’t really get a chance to examine the items. Maybe they knew it was dented. In any case I really needed the washer and didn’t want to send it back. And the dent was on the back side never to be seen.

The home delivery is just that, home delivery. When I ordered home delivery I was under the impression they would remove the old stove and install the new one in the space, but no. The delivery guy said they were to bring in in the house and inspect it and that was it. I paid 40$ to deliver, and would be another 40$ to jus move the old stove outside. I could have picked it up from the store and did all that I did and kept my 40$.

Anthony was very friendly, polite and professional. Above all he was a pleasure to have in my home even for the very few minutes he was here to deliver the TV. Thank you Anthony!!

Delivery was on time as scheduled. The delivery people were extremely helpful and setting up the TV.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever experienced. My wife was home to let the installers in. She called me saying that the installer was saying that the washing machine was not going to fit. I explained to the installer that I had ordered the exact same machine that was already in place and gave him what dimensions the machine I ordered should be. So they proceeded with taking the old washer out. When they took it out there was water left on the ground. The installer asked my wife to clean it. My wife refused, considering we have paid for a "professional" to do the work. They did not even bring anything to wipe up with. My wife ended up handing the person a towel. My wife then asked them if there was a cover that needed to be installed under the washer. They immediately told her no, and they proceeded to do the water hookups and then left. Yes, the machine fit just fine. When I came home and inspected what they had done, I noticed that the base plate to the outlet where the washer was plugged in had been broken (picture attached). Noticing this first issue, I decided to check the installation a little closer. As I checked the hoses to see if they were on tight, I got a metal splinter in my finger. When they tightened the hoses, they evidently damaged the knobs of the hoses. So now, you need gloves just to touch them. I also noticed how they "secured" the drain line (see attached picture). It looks like they used a piece of plastic they just found around. When I was looking at the hoses behind the machine, I saw something hanging behind the machine. It was a base cover, the one that my wife specifically had asked them about. They just completely ignored it and just left it hanging on the back of the washer (see picture attached). My kid later found the screws laying on a table next to where the washer was installed. I did not want these incompetent, disrespectful people in my house again, so I ended up installing the base cover myself. The next day I called Best Buy to request I get reimbursed for the installation and the damaged hose. They told me that because the installation had been completed, they could not reimburse me. Even after explaining all the blunders, all they offered me was a $30 gift card to Best Buy. I refused it because, after this experience, why would I want to do business with a place that thinks this was a complete installation, insulted my wife, and they did not even address the broken outlet plate. I think I should be reimbursed for the installation, the damaged hoses, and the broken outlet faceplate.

Love my television, it makes my living room look so expensive.
