This is a really terrible experience with Best Buy! We purchased the cook top online and scheduled the appointment to be delivered on 05-27. They didn’t come but gave no notice so we waited the full day. The system then asked us to change delivery date. We changed to 05-30. No one came and no notice no call nothing again. Then the system is even locked. That is—No change can be done. Cannot return. Can’t do anything! Then we went to a physical Best Buy shop the staff said they couldn’t do anything. We called — they said will “escalate” (twice as we called twice). But no callback! Then we used the chat bot and the agent said “can’t do anything” again. They don’t bother to call us and let us know!
