Best Buy delivered the dishwasher in a timely manner and was careful with the entry and loading

My Geek squad team delivered 18 items that day and furnished my whole house... 2 TVs plus one that already have that they put on the wall mount for me... 1 fridges plus a washer and dryer , 3 TV mounts parts fro the washer and dryer fridges TV mounts! Etc 3guys all in a great mood with a great sens of humor! Left my house clean as a when they came in! Professional installation it’s always the best way to go! The two brother from Irak prove to me why they among the best in the business! On top of this Bestbuy price undercut Lowe’s Home Depot Costco and didn’t hesitate to price match Lowe’s in my smart fridge with a screen! I will until the day I die shop only at Bestbuy for all my electronics and appliances! Spend close to $10000 maybe even more... But I warranty all of my equipment! Look at the pictures...

This service is great. Came w my total tech membership which I highly recommend.recently had the (pictured) tv swapped out for the smaller model. Was totally painless. They delivered, swapped, and left with the old model. Didn’t even have to box it up.

The delivery service was very fast and very efficient. The team was very helpful helping my wife make sure that the product was not damaged nor defective before leaving they did not have to, and they went ahead and did it anyways because of experience we had beforehand. I would recommend this team once again because they were a wonderful crew to have in my home setting up this new addition to the family.

Best Buy delivered and installed my GE Profile 4-Door refrigerator in July. I recently discovered that the middle drawer control panel has never powered on — the lights are completely off. This appears to be a missed wiring connection during installation, which is a required step for this model and not something a customer could reasonably detect at install time since the drawer was rarely used. When I contacted support, I was told installation workmanship is only supported for 90 days, but this is a latent installation issue, not visible at delivery. I am requesting installation escalation support to review and correct this missed step. I’m sharing this here in hopes that Best Buy’s Appliance or Installation Resolution team can assist

The tv work perfectly more than I expected seriously

The TV is Amazing! This inexpensive tv compared to other big names and more expensive tvs is just as good if not better. I'm hooked on TCL brand TV'S. This is by far a superior TV. If your looking for a tv that has all the bells and whistles and with an affordable price, then this us the TV. I plan to put a TCL Q SERIES TV IN EVERY ROOM IN MY HOUSE!.

Henry from Just Install was exceptionally professional and productive. We had two other people come to install a dishwasher for us and quit as soon as they saw it wasn’t a quick fix, but Henry had no problems at all! He was efficient and got the job done in record time. Highly recommend he get a bonus. And the dishwasher is perfect, exactly what we needed.

These guys were in and out in less than 20 minutes. And I had them carry my washer and dryer combo all the way up two flights of stairs!!!!

Delivery associates were oh soo wonderful! Item was not damged in any way. Communication was excellent.They were courteous and professional. My delivery guy carried this thing over his shoulders like it was nothing. Overall satisfied customer who will gladly order from BestBuy in the future.

This TV is amazing! The WebOS is so easy to use and 4k video selections from different sources are easy to find. If you subscribe to Amazon & Netflix, there are dedicated buttons on the remote, which I really love. This is a cord - cutters dream tv. Google Play Movies app and YouTube app both work great as well, they pick up right where you left off when you switch back to them. There is also a great feature called Channel Plus, with over a hundred channels (Ars Technica, Wired, Cnet, MSNBC, NBC news, CBS News, etc) http://www.lg.com/us/tv-audio-video/channel-plus. You can control Plex and other Media streamers from the remote, which is awesome. You can easily search your media files on your wifi connected server. You can zoom video files and TV with the live zoom feature and take screenshots. Oddly, you can't zoom in the Plex app but if you use tv's search function to find same title and then play it, (from your server) you can zoom, which is cool. This TV is awesome. There is a bit of light-bleed on a black screen but it didn't bother me. Nintendo Switch (Zelda) and Battlefield One on X box were both spectacular. I did have to play with the screen size adjustment inside the Battlefield game, just reduced everything a bit. It's still full-screen but seemed better. Overall, I highly recommend this tv. I also got a free promo LG Ultra HD Blu Ray player from Best Buy & LG, a $250 value. If you see my uploaded picture, it is from Ice Fantasy, on Netflix, a cool Chinese action-adventure. There is only a half a GB of internal storage in the tv, which is small but it's for apps. You can connect USB memory for music, videos and pictures or just connect an external hard-drive.

They delivered very fast and on time, only took them 30 minutes to unload and install both appliances.

I have been nothing but satisfied with my services, the sales team are the best when it comes to customer and knowledge of their merchandise. Very courteous and patient with their customer making their choices. The delivery team are very professional and know what they are doing with illustrations on Best Buy’s products. Loving my insignia brand smart TV’s.

The Best Buy representatives were professional and made the whole process easy. They brought all the equipment, handled everything efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I could just sit back and relax.

Super nice guys, quick, and efficient. Hauled away my old range with no problems and delivered in my new one. Had a large flight of stairs that they handled with no sweat too!

This was by far the best delivery experience I've ever had. I got constant updates about when my tv would arrive, the tv came in a box truck fully secure, the delivery guys carried the TV in my home to the room I wanted it set up in. 10/10

Bestbuy home delivery is the best in the business in my opinion. They handle everything with kit gloves. No more damaged boxes or TVs. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. They delivered our Tv and couldn't have done a better job!

The delivery man Isreal was very professional, polite and helpful. The gentleman with him was also very professional and polite. They handled our washer with care and gracefulness. I reall appreciate the servive we received from them. Would recommend them every time. Thank you to Isreal.
