    Delivery process was easy! They took it to the room we wanted and hooked up our dryer. However they did damage my flooring in the process.

    These folks were great. Im sorry I am just leaving them feedback now. So timely, courteous - came from SC to install in NC! Install in/out in no more than 90 mins - square to the T!

    Delivery was before scheduled time. Installer was thorough and examined item carefully. Damage to item was noted and installation continued once I approved delivery

    At first sight i was in love with this refrigerator. I thought Best Buy would be the perfect store to purchase my first stainless steel refrigerator. Boy was i wrong. The delivery team was very professional i appreciate them. The kicker is, I Received my paid in full stainless steel refrigerator damaged, There are two nice noticeable dents on the door. What a joy killer....

  • Laundry pedestal dismay!

    Sometimes the delivery people, men... hurry up and put the dented and broken machine in the laundry area and start the machine running so the customer cannot see the actual machine all the way around.. I'm sure the first time the delivery guys brought my frontload machine with the pedestal, they knew the dented it when they dropped the washing machine outside trying to set it on the ground so they could connect the feet on both the pedestal and machine. They then bent the back foot on the pedestal trying to attach it to the washer. Nevermind that they knew the parts were bent, they put it in the laundry area anyways. Then 3 days later when I started a load of towels, I thought someone was banging on the garage door... it was the washer moving and the drum off-balance. I tried everything to balance and then I saw the broken foot on the back of the pedestal. Its been 5 exchanges since and they've all been defective.

    The delivery of both Smart Google TV XR75X95J TV and Sony HT7000 sound bar are great. No damage and live the SMS Text message notification.
