The geek squad who came out to assist in hanging my tv was the absolute best I think his name is Andrew!!! Made things seamless and so easy!!!! Loving the job he did!

. This is for delivery review. My wife received the dishwasher on 11/30/2017. She said guys were nice. Put the box in the garage where we wanted it and took off the box for inspection. She looked it over and said it looked fine. When I got home I inspected inside and out and found a dent on rear inside wall. There was a dent on the outside that came through the inside. See pics below. Not happy that it will be there forever. But it doesn't look like it will interfere with anything as long as it doesn't leak or cause a problem.

Good job with home delivery. Also perfect set up. Picked up old ones. Also nice people. Thank you.

My husband had to help bring the machines down, which is fine. We wanted the machines in a downstairs area so even though we paid extra for delivery, we expected to do most of the work once it arrived at our home. But my issue begins here. One of the delievery drivers was too focused on trying to flirt with a married woman that he was too good to complete the service we paid extra to have completed. My laundry room has been getting extremely hot but I never thought to check professional's work. I finally gave in to my instinct and pulled out the dryer, only to find the reason. My dryer was pushed flat against the wall to hold the dryer hose "in place". It was never properly installed. The hose was never connected behind the dryer where we can not see. The dryer hose was never even lined up with the dryer vent. You would think with dryer malfunctions causing fires, installation would be taken somewhat seriously... NOPE the only thing they cared about was winking and blowing kisses at a married woman like a weirdo.. and best buy is lying about every step of this purchase in order to not be responsible

If you are in a townhome, Best Buy says they need 4 people to deliver and will have to reschedule. If only 0 stars was an option. 5/19 - best buy came to my home said since I live in a townhome they cannot deliver my fridge and they sent the wrong dryer so they left and did not reschedule until the next week. 5/19 - best buy again came with 2 people instead of 4 and could not install my appliances. they simply dropped off my items in the fridge. How ridiculous that they still came with 2 people 5/20 - we were told they would come for delivery on 5/21 but then later that evening when I called to confirm they said no one can come until 5/25 5/21 - I was called only once at 6:50am and missed the called. They came for delivery and left without calling multiple times. 5/22 they came for delivery and guess what, 2 men installed my fridge on the 2nd floor and here are the pictures. Best Buy is not fit for product delivery. Other stores offer these appliances at the exact same price and price match. Go to another store instead of Best Buy. I was unable to live in my home, had no fridge, washer, or dryer, had to constantly eat out and waste so much money. I spent hours calling customer service and trying to get answers and reschedule. I spent time from work calling and wasting my time constantly. Each person told me something different. I will not be shopping at best buy any longer. They have lost me as a customer and my entire family who have been going to best buy for over 20 years.

Woke up the day it was supposed to be delivered and it was right there

I had a 2 year old refrigerator that was malfunctioning and couldn’t be fixed so Best Buy agreed to give me a new refrigerator. My refrigerator cost me $3800. The new refrigerator I chose is $2000. I was to get $1800 credit but instead they charged me $2000 for the new fridge. It took 6 separate attempts to deliver me a new refrigerator that was the correct size and not damaged and now I have to spend my day getting the $2000 charge off my credit card and get my $1800 credit. It took 6 weeks to get the fridge replaced correctly. NOT WORTH DOING AGAIN !!!
