Worst Customer Serrvice, install of my life.

From time of enterimg home with nobody there, showing up at wrong time, destroying new cabinets, products and repeated attempts to get reimbursed for breaking Best Buy Policy and doing a sub par install that leaked everywhere. Will not support this company.

Great 4K tv

Mixed feeling here

They all came damaged. Maybe it’s just my luck but I’m frustrated. This latest one came obviously damaged too. I bought the fridge open box and it was in good condition, took a picture in Store for proof. When it got to my house the freezer handle was bent like it fell out of the truck. Now the delivery guys were nice and told me that’s how it came from the warehouse. That may be true but ... maybe better handling is required.

A bit frustrating

And the dryer we had to reschedule the delivery date for next day and something happened in that one day that caused me to wait another month to get my dryer. And it also came with no plug in it air vent tubing. So I was irritated, but the store did contact me and remained in contact offering a different dryer in place of this one
