ridiculously bad and inept . The people told me in the store that they could not only put in the oven but raise it up to a new level. They wound up broken my base and then put in some type of Jerry rigged kind of solution and where a drawer could be now can't go. They were supposed to come back and fix but of course they never did

Purchased 100” tv on 11/23/24. Tv delivered on 12/6/24. Complete installation with remounting of soundbar was purchased. Two guys show up late on 11/23 and threw tv up on wall not connecting all cables (tv to big for me and wife to handle) then saying soundbar I purchased would not fit. Put 2 screws in old Sonos mount and left it barely hanging on wall. Called Geek Squad - said quickest they could schedule was 12/23. On 12/23 I get a call asking what needed to be done. When told him problem he said “oh I can’t do that by myself” as if Best Buy didn’t know what Tv I purchased. THEN I call again to reschedule and they tell me they can’t get out here until Jan 13, 3025 meaning it will take TWO MONTHS from date of purchase to maybe have my TV installed correctly- MAYBE. I am THOROUGHLY disgusted at Best Buy installation team. If you purchase a big tv - BUYER BEWARE !’

Dangerous dryer installation with wrong material that could've been a fire hazard. We purchased a semi rigid vent material, but what was installed was a flexible material that was not reccomended by GE and could have presented a fire hazard. Had to call ge and best buy about 4 or 5 times and have geek squad out 2 times to fix the problem and ultimately a second install with the correct material. Big hassle. The dryer itself is great, install was terrible and dangerous.

Best Buy refused to install the dryer the way in which we wanted it installed. Instead of opting for a long, 8' dryer duct that Best Buy offered we installed the dryer ourselves with a 1 foot duct and a new magnetic duct link between the dryer and vent. This new technology reduces the amount of lint which can build up and allows an easy and quick method to clean the dryer vent !

Product arrived within the window you provided. Delivery personnel were excellent very cooperative and accommodating. The box was covered in Dirty dust. My concern is whether this dirt penetrated the television. I will be setting the television up in the next few days if I have issues do you have this on record. I did document this with pictures.
