Poor quality control & even worse delivery team

Called support at least 5 times & dispatch could never reach delivery team. 7hrs later get a text update I'm next for delivery and they never show. My exchange appointment eventually got canceled and nobody EVER called me back despite being told my issue was escalated.

After three exchanges on my Hisense tv, and a Sony

Customer service has been great, but now I’m going to have to exchange this tv, yet once again, and I hope they take into consideration the issues I’ve had. It’s been less than 30 days since the last exchange. Not the store or service, but I guess the Hisense brand. I read many complaints on this tv, after the fact.
