I just bought a new Dishwasher and fridge! The installers for both were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!

I am disappointed. The deliver men were extremely nice. But my fridge was damaged in deliver and now I have to wait a few weeks for them to pick up the damaged fridge and exchange it.

The Best Buy delivery men were very respectful of me and my home. They delivered my freezer in clean working condition.

Delivery and installation was on time, professionally installed

I had a horrible experience, the installer team came at the end of the day and they did not want to install it. They said the 6 ft. Stainless Steel Fill Hose did not reach and to call another day for the installation. When I showed them it was the same size as the one there were removing they still did not wanted to do it. They also said the washer was too heavy and to return it and get a smaller one. They were going to leave the washer on the side without even trying or measuring the hose. After asking them several times the second person on the team finally agree to measure it with me and they finally install it. I chose the window from 12 to 6 and paid for the installation. I did not chose to be the last drop of their day or that only two people came for the installation of a heavy washer. The machine was finally connect it and after 20 hrs of installation when I finally try to do laundry the Upper Washer does not power on, only the Lower Washer works.

My house was built in 1920 and the old huge frig took up too much space. 10.2 fits perfect and I never have to squat to get my orange juice with the freezer on bottom.

Crew arrived to replace a fully functional, but damaged washer and dryer that had been scratched by original install team. Crew today delivered the new units, but in doing so they crushed the dryer vent piping beyond use, bent/creased the braided metal water supply line (he even suggested that the water pressure would straighten it out...LOL!!), and he managed to strip the gas supply connection coming out of the back of the dryer...After about 15 min. Of cross threading the connector he sorta realized he might be missing the proper connection piece...at that point it was already stripped..("I don't have the pipe dope to keep it from leaking"...he says.... as if were like duct tape for gas piping and not a safey issue!!) So they ultimately left with nothing connected and having damaged what was originally OK...and I'm left with a washer and dryer that aren't connected. Oh, and the mud and water that that they tracked all over the laundry room and hallway...that was the least of my worries!! FRUSTRATING does not even describe where I am at. So now I wait to find out from "customer service" when I can get on the schedule...maybe 3rd time will be the charm.

I purchased an installation for our new dishwasher. They used trainees to do the install so there were 5 men in my home (two trainees, two regular employees, and a colleague of one of best buys imployee. When they left we notice that our new quartz counter on our newly renowed kitchen had a very deep scratch with a rusted stain. This was about a month ago and I am still getting the run around from best buy customer service on a path forward.

110 % proffesional operation. 3 phone calls prior plus emails. The delivery guys were very affible and a joy to have in my home, if even for only 2 minutes !

The guys that brought my refrigerator out did great at following the Covid precautions and making sure it was going to fit. The only thing that I am unhappy about is that they left a large scratch in my new floor. They really need to pay closer attention to sliding appliances across the hardwood floors in peoples homes. Probably need to make sure that they have moving blankets with them.

Drivers very helpful salespeople did all right too

First delivered defective. Box had a hole. I wasn’t there or I’d have made him take it back. I watched on the cameras while delivered. I don’t think they damaged it unloading. Driver said he stuck his finger in it and it seemed ok. When I got home and opened it the screen was shattered. I had to return it the next day. I couldn’t wait a week for a new delivery since I had already gotten rid of my old tv.

The delivery people pulled up said they were running late from last job so only had 5 minutes to deliver mines meaning they couldn’t bring in my house. I told him that’s not what I was told plus salesman put these notes in deliver notes about taking doors off to bring in. Driver called his office and ended up bringing it in. When bringing it in they chipped the wood panel going into my kitchen and scraped the walls more and leaving black marks from the refrigerator. I also stood their while they brought this in and mentioned every thing they were messing up as it happened and all they said was sorry I’m like dang my walls already messed up some but they did more and chipped the wood deep on panel. The driver also smelled of weed which I mentioned to both they just smiled. After reporting their office has me send in pics which they denied my claim saying I already had damage to my walls and that was not the door way to my kitchen Indic they came in so I resent pics showing where they came in at. This delivery company is wrong and unprofessional for Best Buy. They made mistakes to my wall and refrigerator and should have to take responsibility for what they did. I’m not asking them to fix things they didn’t do and not all people like the smell of weed in their home so tell your drivers do that after work and not in customers homes.

Great tv, easy to setup an mount in the wall. Nice looking tv, fast and very clear display.

Delivered on time. I didnt know if they were supposed to set it up or not but they didn't. No bid deal.
