    1. According to specifications listed, installers will unplug existing washer and disconnect water and drain hoses. Installers did do this with some protest as they said I should have already done it. 2. According to specifications installers will install the new washer and install the drain hose and water hoses. They did this, but without using the supplied drain hose clamps or R1 water filters. So, was the washer really properly installed? I don't think so as these other parts wouldn't be supplied if they weren't intended to be installed. 3. According to specifications, installers will level the washer os it doesn't rock around. They didn't attempt to do this, even though the washer did rock around, until I specifically had to request it and after saying it was OK as it was. 4. The installers only want to get in and out as quickly as possible and do the least possible to get by.

    This Review is in regards to Best Buy delivery service. I purchased Kitchen Appliances for my investment property. On one of them, When they delivered it, they put everything down on the floor in the middle of brand new kitchen with brand new floors and cabinets and they pushed the appliances around with no protection and they scratched my new floors terribly as you can see in the pictures, Then they covered the scratches up by the stove and they left. 2 days later, when we tried to move the Stove, we realized what had happened and tried calling BestBuy, I had to jump through hoops to figure out what needed to be done and after talking to multiple agents each for almost an hour they created a claim ticket. 3 or 4 days later I received an email basically asking me the same things again that I had already explained to the agents about and I asked to get a phone call. 3 days went by and I got another email saying that my phone doesn't work!!! So I gave them my number again just in case and as of today 2/14, still haven't gotten a call which has been about 2 weeks since the last correspondence. I had explained to them that the property was fully rehabbed and I couldn't wait long because it needed to be listed for sale but obviously no one cared So I had to fork out over $2,000 to get the brand new floors fixed and redone to be able to proceed with getting my property listed for sale. BestBuy delivery doesn't care nor repect anyone's property and the customer service didn't do anything but to waste my time, I guess it's really not their job to fix what delivery people screwed up. I have been very loyal to BestBuy but it's terrible when I need them to make their mistake right, they haven't done anything to help at all.

    Product is great and delivery guys were great- policy is horrible. We paid for a 42” refrigerator to be delivered. They did not want to bring it in the house, but finally did. However, Best Buy’s policy (not written anywhere at all) is to leave the refrigerator on the pallet. They will not remove it from the pallet when you pay for delivery. Now I’m left with a 700lb refrigerator on a pallet and no way to get it off. I have to hire some other company to come here to get it off the stupid pallet. Had I known this, I would’ve paid for installation even though my kitchen is in the middle of a remodel with no water lines or power connected yet. Seriously a joke. In addition, the young lady I talked to about installation was a horror of a human. Absolutely the worst.

    Delivery delayed 3 days, no real reason given. Delivery crew was courteous, professional, and moved our old fridge out to the garage. After they left discovered 4 dents in front door and bottom freezer door. Broken storage bin in door was replaced by Best Buy-arrived in carton broken, not damaged by delivery crew

    I have been trying to get this item delivered since may 2025. Bust but will promise you a time slot of delivery, but delivery company shows up when ever they want. If you live in a high-rise building and have to reserve the elevator DO NOT ORDER from this company!!! Best Buy blames delivery company. As a huge corporation, the company you hire is an extension of your company!! This is the 5th attempt to try to get this item up there. BEWARE!!!!

    Freezer broke down

    So I brought this thinking Samsung would be a great brand to buy and it said 10 year warranty, well that bs because after 5 years my freezer broke down and I called best buy product support and the rep that answered the phone said I would still have to pay for the diagnostic fee + manufactured parts and I said what's the point of having a "10 year warranty" and he went around that subject quickly.

    Delivery guys were so nice and set fridge up. Love the fridge but few days later noticed door is rubbing a little at bottom.

    Communication with client is lacking in accountability and professionalism. Attempted install 5 times and still my appliances are not installed correctly..stackable washer dryer units. Last 5th attempt tech was RUDE and intimidating ..asked what the problem was and had no notes or knowledge on continued rattle on dryer and when I attempted to get service mgr on phone to explain his service call he left and install still complete. This service guy laughed at me while I explained he was there 5th attempt and would not tell me his name as he walked out my driveway laughing..I had police patrol afterwards..as that is how creepy it felt! No one from bedt buy will be allowed in my house ever again. Install attempts: 1weather. 2parts missing for install, broke wall drain outlet, dryer not connected to vent in wall. 3return to install missing parts, complete and attach dryer vent, dryer doors open wrong way. 4 rtn to relevel dryer as 3 of 4 legs only attached in stacking HW. 5tech laughed didn't fix rattle and have received no return calls from any person: mgr or best buy to date. I have gotten robot texts asking about my experience so as no human has yet to reach out, I will post here . I would NOT recommend.

    Rude Service, Incompetent Installation

    We ordered a new $1,100 washing machine from Best Buy. Both deliverers were rude and impatient, they scratched the machine carrying it downstairs and they didn't install it properly: - One of the feet was extended too far, making it very wobbly - None of the locknuts on the feet were tightened as per the instructions - The water drainage pipe was installed precisely how the instructions said not to install it They were also difficult to communicate with and moved the dryer when we were asking them to reposition the washing machine, unhooking the dryer lint vent in the process. We only noticed this after they left and had to re-attach it by first moving the 200lbs washing machine out of the way then back into place. Luckily we were thorough and read the instructions, allowing us to correct the installation before using it. I can easily imagine somebody getting a new washing machine and thinking that it was installed properly, then running into problems with it down the line and blaming the machine instead of the shoddy installation, which would be unfair to the manufacturer.

    The delivery came on time and not damaged that was a plus. But.. the driver was not very experienced and was trying to drop my packages off at my neighbors house when mine is clearly marked with house numbers.
