Delivery beware

They told me that the reason it was not sitting level was due to my floor. I should have pulled it out or investigated more but didn’t realize until I was having my floor replaced that the corner was dented and the wheel in the back was damaged. I think they dropped it on the corner when they were unloading from the truck, unwrapping it or the piece was already damaged. It’s over a week year ago and nothing that can be done now. They probably wouldn’t even believe me. Lessons learned but I will never order for delivery again from Best Buy. Fridge is basic and at first thought it was just poorly made but now figure it’s just out of square now (such as drawers catching).

Unprofessional shipping service via DIAKON Logisti

Very happy with this LG Washtower as well as the purchase price from Best Buy ; no regrets there. What I am unhappy about is the shipping service that was provided by Best Buy via DIAKON Logistics. Best Buy needs to drop this company like a bad habit. Not only were they a no call no show on the delivery day but they damaged my dryer and now I have a big dent in the side. I don’t think the the people working for DIAKON are competent and they lack the physical strength for this line of work.

Delivery wouldn't move old fridge outside.

Sales person said that delivery folks would relocate old fridge to driveway for me.. Well I asked and they wouldn't and now I am trying to find someone to help me get the old fridge out. New fridge is awesome thus far though.

Dissatisfaction
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t even begin to explain how rude and unprofessional the delivery person was I believe his name was Augustine he was slamming stuff on the counters and was being aggressive while bringing in my refrigerator he rammed my couch which I noticed he ripped my brand new couch and misaligned it and he was rude when I said he was allowing his metal strap thing bang all over the refrigerator he said what you want to return it or what do you want to do I didn’t see anything so they put it in and install it he began taking photos of it telling me oh I took pictures of the whole refrigerator I was like ok and he wrote in bold letters no damages to the appliances ok what about my darn brand new couch I took pictures immediately and called back Best Buy because I was already on the phone while all this was going on I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again I also purchased total tech it was a total joke they refused to install my stove.

Let down.....

We usually use best buy because of the great sales and services. They left muddy marks on the walls and some questionable damage to some of our trim from delivery.

WORST NIGHTMARE Delivery of 85" TV by Best Buy

They MAN-HANDLED my TV while unboxing it, SQUEEZING the screen edges (pics 1-4) and hitting the metal edge against my furniture and the wall (pic 5). They DAMAGED SCREEN of my TV causing damage to the mini-LED PIXELS. Unfortunately, I cannot "return and exchange" since this TV is no longer in stock at Best Buy. Please see the 5 attached pictures here. SONY told me that these are SQUEEZED and DAMAGED pixels of the screen. My TV is RUINED!!!

Brand new home's front door frame & hinge DAMAGED

(1) The appointment was scheduled between noon-6pm. There was no indication in the repeated reminders from BestBuy that the delivery would be earlier. Had I wanted it delivered earlier, then I would have chosen the earlier window. At about 15 minutes prior to delivery, I was informed that the delivery would be before the noon-6p window. This was stressful since I am not yet living in this new home, and I was therefore traveling to meet the delivery crew. I arrived at approximately 11:50am. (2) Upon arrival, I shared that I was concerned the refrigerator might not fit through the front door, and if their measurements indicated such, then to please remove the refrigerator doors and not my front door because I had been told by BestBuy that they could remove the refrigerator doors if need be. Nevertheless, the delivery crew, without measuring anything beforehand, attempted to remove my front door. I did not consent to having my front door removed, and when I discovered that they were doing it anyway, I was asked why I was standing & watching them (note: in disbelief). My response was that “I told you not to remove my front door.” They continued to work anyway. Once they damaged the hinge and the frame around the hinge, they stopped. I asked why they hadn't followed my request and was told, "Because removing the front door is easier than removing the refrigerator doors. Don’t worry about the damage, you have 15 days to let them know." The delivery crew then measured my front door opening, took off the refrigerator box, and successfully moved the refrigerator into the house without having to remove any doors from anywhere. When the move was completed, I was asked to sign paperwork with no explanation of what I was signing. They had filled nothing out on the paper, including a space where any issues needed to be reported. Had I not read what I was signing, I would have likely signed away my right to lodge a complaint against the delivery crew for damaging my front door. I used the word "chipped" because at the time I was feeling shocked at how the delivery had transpired, and I couldn't think of a better word (and also because I had yet to see the hinge damage, which I discovered when looking at the picture I had taken immediately after the door was damaged). I have attempted to call and chat online with Best Buy, and to date nobody has helped me. Note: This review has been written by both Joseph & Rachel, the owners of the new refrigerator. Rachel was the one present during the delivery.

Not happy

Ridiculous and still waiting cuz of cancelations bought it 9/9/25
