Excellent Service. The guys were great ! Why bother doing it yourself!?

On time very helpful move my other refrigerator and place this one connect my water line for ice.

There delivery was great they call and said that their on the way and they called when they were here

I opted for home delivery as I would not be available for pickup. I first want to say I love that they had weekends available as I work typical 9-5 hours Mon-Fri. Secondly they gave me a delivery window of 3 hrs and It was delivered the first 10 minutes of that time frame. Amazing. I live in an upstairs apartment with an interesting layout so it was a tight squeeze. Unfortunately during the delivery it was hit on my wall which damaged the washed with a large dent. I immediately reach out to best buy support where they offered to replace the entire washer but I did not want to wait as I had been without a washer for some time. So they worked with me and I got a partial refund on the appliance, which in opinion is not bad considering the dent does not affect the function of the washer and it was a given due to my tight squeeze apartment. All in all i’m happy I went through best buy and can’t wait to purchase my matching dryer!!

WORKED WITHOUT A HITCH DELIVER WASHMACHINE, highly recommend

Bestbuy home delivery is the best in the business in my opinion. They handle everything with kit gloves. No more damaged boxes or TVs. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. They delivered our Tv and couldn't have done a better job!

This was by far the best delivery experience I've ever had. I got constant updates about when my tv would arrive, the tv came in a box truck fully secure, the delivery guys carried the TV in my home to the room I wanted it set up in. 10/10

The delivery team had a challenginf job with my 2nd floor apartment and a right angle at the top of the stair. But they handled the removal of the old stove and fridge and the installation of my beautiful new stove and refrigerator. They were neat, and efficient, professionsl and informational.

The Best Buy representatives were professional and made the whole process easy. They brought all the equipment, handled everything efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I could just sit back and relax.

Old refrigerator failed in August, order one from another company and earliest delivery day was 2 weeks. On the scheduled day, their delivery company called me to postponed the delivery for another 2 weeks. Cancelled that purchase and bought the refrigerator on BestBuy.com instead. Purchased it on Friday and the refrigerator came on following Monday even it was Labor's Day. Was worried that the refrigerator was too large to go thru the door, but the delivery team (2 big men) know the trick and were able to moved it through the door without any scratch. Thanks BestBuy delivery for fast services!

It was a good home delivery because they called me and told me they are almost here and that they were here. I told them where to put the TV and after that they went back. Everything was good, even though the Smart TV was 75" inch I set it up myself no problem but could of use they help too since I am glad the TV was safe and sound. It was 2 people to get it delivered. Thanks BestBuy, I am glad it was delivered when I was home waiting and excited for my delivery. Good experience.

I bought this Samsung bespoke refrigerator mainly for looks and some features. However, it has surpassed my expectations. The beverage center is fantastic and the ice tray and shelf layout is really good. The freezer is quite spacious. If I could I would take half star away for capacity. It has not much space for gallon jugs and may be not suitable for larger family. But also, this is counter depth unit. I love it in every way including the color panels.

While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time. As for my review of this product: It’s super lightweight, making it easy to hang; and the picture quality is excellent. But since this was only installed today, I’ll need to update this post in a few months after I’ve had time to really use it.

Timely delivery and computer set-up. Received texts as well as a call before the computer tech arrived. Everything handled promptly and efficiently. Took less than 2 hours to have everything working properly. Couldn't be happier!

Love this tv, I actually bought 2 for both the living room and the den. The kids love the non glare since we live on water and have lots of windows, the old tv used to glare midday. The sound iOS great and the picture is of great quality. We got this one on sale, the sales associate was shocked at the sale price, 50% off!!! I am so glad I purchased 2!!
