Great product and service installation! I would definitely buy again and refer friends.

First tv came cracked. Then it was a headache of endless phone calls to get a replacement. The installers were super nice and helpful though. They shared my frustration.

Overall they did a good job on the install BUT, they damaged the kitchen cabinet w a screw hole

After measuring the area it is fridge had to go in and placing our order online We got a phone call from the delivery guy Saying they were 20 minutes away He measured the doorway then measured the distance from the wall to the island Then told me that the refrigerator would not fit After waiting a month and a half for this item on back order He told me that I needed to return it and order a different one Or I could remove the doors and put it in place I had removed the old refrigerator which was the same dimensions as the new one we were getting But he persisted it wasn’t going to fit I asked him just to place the refrigerator in the kitchen and I would take care of the rest It took my wife and I about five minutes to place the refrigerator in the location didn’t have to remove the doors which looking at other YouTube videos that’s with the delivery drivers did if the refrigerator was too wide Normally I give a $40-$60 tip but decided on not do anything extra

I bought a pair of 500 Bose Sounbar and Subwoofer. The Soundbar could be installed easily, but the app couldn't install the subwoofer. I asked help from the local Best Buy store. No help was provided, but I was told that I could pay $99 to have the Geek Squad to install for me. Not happy about needing to pay $99 for installing a subwoofer, so I returned the product. I also purchased a LG refrigerator. The delivery crew took the fridge doors off to get into my kitchen but couldn't put them back. This large refrigeration with broken doors and wires had sat in my kitchen blocking the traffics for over one month. I have gone through a one-month ordeal to call the 800 number customer service seven times, visited local store talked to the managers Allision and Rashida four times, waited for repair, redelivery, and reinstallations for five times. The problem had never been resolved. It appeared that there was very poor, or no communication between the 800 number customer service department (Austin, Paul, Lisa, Tresa, Narciss, etc.), the dispatch departments in Chicago (Eric) and Dallas (Percy), and the local delivery contractor (XPoLogistics) and the repair contractor (Shela of Solar refrigeration). (The spellings of these names might not be accurate, but pronunciations should be close.) The last attempt for replacing the broken unit was on Friday, Jan. 10. The crew finally took the broken unit back, but, like the previous crews, refused to take the replaceing refrigerator's doors off in order to get through my kitchen door. Finally, I ran out of patience and asked for a refund of this product. It is a long, complicated, and unpleasant story, I will be happy to tell the entire story to an upper-level manager of Best Buy. I think this is a management problem (not a problem of employees or contractors involved in this case), and I hope Best Buy can find a way to overcome this problem. In the attached photos, you can see the two vertical doors were not installed. They were just stood there. If you touch them, they would fall off. The wires were cut loose.

For a 75” tv you’d have to be crazy to try to transport and install this monster yourself.

Really look strong big and comfortable but it come with some electric damaged and i dont care cz i am total tech member and i know best buy will provide the care for this situation the engine is super is not that loud as some reviews say . Am sure best buy will find other one for me

The delivery went fine, but I found a small dent on the face of the dishwasher after the installer had inspected it, but prior to installation. I got pictures, so did the installers. I was told that BestBuy would contact me regarding the damage, but no one has called, leading me to believe that it was never reported by the installers.

Delivery was terrible. Product was damaged. Packaging not removed. Property was damaged. Store manager would do nothing to remedy our dissatisfaction. Video was shown to manager.

Today my refrigerator was delivered. The delivery guy called me 30 mins before arrival. Installation was quick , nice and neat. But, they removed front door to bring the appliance into my home and while setting it back , they broke the door knob. It is coming off , now I need to get it repaired. So, my rating is 3 stars.

The dishwasher quit working 5 months after the warranty expired. I recommend buying a different brand. The installation was done incorrectly and had to have them return to plumb the drain line in correctly. Ironically the error on the device now is related to drainage. Horrible experience
