The delivery was on time and the huge box was handled with care!

On the outside camera does not illuminate a dark area

I mean they came, delivered the tv, i signed paperwork and then the delivery guy left. It wasn't like they set up up or took the tv out the box to ensure the item was in excellent condition. So basically I'm not going to give a 5 star review for doing the basics of their job. The guy wasn't rude or anything. So that was a plus.

It stopped working after 2 months. I’m extremely disappointed with this range as it suddenly stopped working. It started making a weird noise and the oven light started flickering (stove was not in use at the time) and then the display went out. I unplugged the range as stated in the manual and waited a bit and heard a relay clicking but nothing. After a few minutes it started to smell like burnt electronics so I unplugged it. Currently waiting for a service tech to repair it. Have been without a stove for about 5 days going to 6. Samsung customer service chat was not so helpful either so right now I have a stove that costs almost $1k that can’t be used

Nice tv, good stuff included with Samsung like free channels. However 2 year after shopping this tv black spots started to show up.

My tenants informed me the delivery man were very nice and fast. However, the day of delivery which was a Sat morning, the men left the old working unit outside the home in from the backporch stairs. I did not include the haulaway in my purchase as my old refrigerator worked and I was keeping in the house and planned to move it.on my own at a later time. I reached out to them about 5 minutes after they left my home and asked that they remove this as it is blocking my entry to the home. They said they would come that day but never showed up and when i called them again they said they would refuse to return. I made numerous calls and was put on hold for at least 30 min each time and transferres to several people still refusing to get this out of my staircase. Being that the watehouse is 2 miles away from my home made tis even worse situatiom as they refused to come. Finally, after screaming they offered to come the following Mon. Monday rolls around and at 2:30 still noone showed up, i called them and they said there was a mistake in their systme and noone would come out that evening. They would reschedule it for Tue. With anger, I agreed. Come 7pm on Mon, the delivery driver calls me to tell me hes on the way. I was extremely confused and had to rush out ny home to get to my unit to meet them. This place ia extremely disorganized and unprofessional, they refuse to correct their mistakes and left a refrigerator blocking my back stairs to enter my home.

Deliver service was not what I expected from Best Buy. The technician did not placed my appliance where I requested . I had to call and make appointment for someone else to come and switch the appliance around. My new dryer has a dent to the side It was a very frustrated experience. My washer was placed on the left side of the room but the hook up for the washer is at the right side . The hook ups for dryer is to the left and it was placed to the right Customer satisfaction was not the focus of the technician. Have to wait now three days to have another member to come and fix the problem . A situation that could had resolve right at that moment.Since I did express that to the technician.

Best buy delievered in a box truck my 2 100' tvs. The delivery men were sorta rough removing the tvs from the truck. Also they damaged my christmas wreath on my front door breaking a bulb but didnt apologize. Also one employee kept his shoes on while the other removed his shoes.

They were awesome guys , very atease knew what they’re doing. I’ll hire them again.

Got a replacement tv due my other tv being broken had it delivered I couldn’t check it because I’m a truck driver so I was out for some months I finally can home happy and excited to open up my brand new TV just for the screen to be cracked completely mind you I got this tv due to my warranty so that means I got 2 bad TV’s first I had for 5 months screen went black and I opened this one today and the screen is just done will be demanding a refund and take my business somewhere else

Nice fridge but the the magnetic strip and one drawer broke after 1 yr of use. I dont give it a rough use.

Refrigerator is very nice but delivery was horrible. They were scheduled to arrive between 3pm and 7pm and they call me telling me they are gonna be there at 1:30 while I’m an hour away at work and my wife is needing to pick up my son from school at 2pm. Then they come and peel the plastic off of the screen which is something I feel the customer should be the one to do. The guy crumbles it up and walks outside and stuffs it into my son’s basketball hoop and leaves. I have it on video. I had to special order a screen protector for this and it won’t be here for two weeks so I DID NOT want the plastic removed. I went outside and got the crumbled up screen protector and taped it back on so that my $4000 purchase does not get damaged. The delivery service gets a 0 out of 10 for me

Violent delivery resulted in minor damage to two upper door trays. But the two delivery guys still presented their professional work during the delivery process

Delivery went very smooth and the crew was very professional and attentive.

Good Geek experience. Got to know them after 4 damaged washers sent.

The delivery communication was good, and we appreciated having it scheduled. It was very fast and punctual. However, the box had two large gashes in it, which is not what you would expect when you get home delivery. Thankfully, the TV inside was well protected, but the gashes were quite alarming.
