Delivery and installation was awful. Left black hand marks and wet black all over walls, banisters, and floor of a brand new home. Also hit various walls and made dents in walls and other areas on the way to the laundry room. Then upon installation asked where to plug something in because there were only 2 plugs in a single outlet when there was a second outlet available nearby. Will never order installation through Best Buy ever again.

Had my new gas dryer delivered. Delivery guys were very professional and were in and out in no time

The home delivery service was a joke. Told me they needed more space than what was described on the product page. Refused to install refrigerator. Told them to leave on deck and I would install. They refused leaving the refrigerator on my deck even though I paid for the product. Took numerous phone calls with Best Buy and the 3rd party contractor to allow them to leave the refrigerator. At the end of the day, my wife and I dismantled the new and old refrigerators, moved the new refrigerator into the kitchen with ease and no scratches and moved the old refrigerator onto the deck for reassembly. In my opinion, if you have tight spaces and the product fits according to its specs on the Best Buy website, do it yourself and save a massive headache. My wife and I dismantled two refrigerators, rebuilt them, and moved them into their respective places with ease in 3 hours.

But the Glide serve Drawer won’t close and the Customer service department wasn’t helpful!!!

Service install was quick but they mixed up the water intake hoses and left several dirty hand prints all over the top of the machine. They left without checking to make sure the hoses were connected correctly. I also asked twice if they needed to tighten the collar on the drain hose and both times they said no. Then they setup a quick wash and left. During the quick wash I could feel smell droplets coming out of the drain tube as the water hit the crinkles so I dug put a screw driver and tightened the collar they claimed didn’t need a tighten. In & out in 15 min is worthless if the homeowner has do repairs after the so called professionals leave.

Easy to use, holds a huge amount, very quiet. Loved the install service.

The delivery and installer that Best Buy uses is awful. The installer did not complete the job as you can see from the pics. The dishwasher and stove still have the wrapping on them and the stove was not put in place. They did not put in the microwave as well and said they would need to come back to do it and that I would need to re-schedule. This is for a house we are remodeling. I left and came back a couple of hours later and the house was full of natural gas. The installers did not install the gas line right and it was leaking throughout the house. I isolated the valve and got my leak detection tool to check. It is the first pic on this review. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to follow up with me about this service but there isn't a direct link to discuss this with a customer service rep. Leaving this review and the pics with the hope that someone contacts me.

It yook a while to get the tv as best buy kept changing the delivery date stating that it eas delayed. Other than that the tv came on perfecr condition.

Beware, I paid for professional installation and haul away for a dishwasher. Before the delivery guys even looked at the plumbing, they declared that It was a problem and they were not able to do it. They wouldn’t even pull out the old dishwasher and Look. Our plumbing is professionally installed and has passed the city’s inspection. They left without even unboxing the new one. My husband who is recovering from back surgery had to read the instructions and do it himself. It took him 3 hours with no prior experience. It probably would have taken the two strong young men with experience a half hour. On top of that, we still have the old broken one. I have canceled the 5 year geek squad protection plan since now I know what kind of service to expect
