Our Salesperson included the stacking kit for free and gave a nice discount for the damage, but the whole process was a huge hassle.

Nice men but poor service

At first the guy installing the washer/dryer stated that my drip pan would not fit the washer I ordered. I tried calling around stores for the size he says my washer is. None of the stores carried that large size. I was skeptical because I was told that drip pan was standard and my washer was too. He didn't even try to fit my washer on it. He did not take the time to show me the features of my new washer and dryer as he was eager to finish setting up my fridge downstairs. This man also did not wear any booties/socks inside my home. He was barefoot!!!! When we moved the washer to put our original drip pan, my floor had a tear. As much as I'd like to leave a positive review, I just can't knowing that this was a poor professional job.

Washer - scratches

Only thing I was upset with is I heard them saying that it was an open boxed item and later on when I went in the laundry room to hook them up I noticed there were scratches on the top surface of the washer

Poor attitude

You could tell they didn't want to be doing the work. Almost like I was inconveniencing them. Honestly, just do the work yourself if you can. Look it up on youtube.

So disappointed in Best Buy not the treadmill

I paid for installation and the schedule was messed up so my treadmill could only be delivered since the drivers didn’t have the experience for installation. Then when huge treadmill gets inside the house they say they can’t take it down stairs so they just left it in my hallway. The dispatch on the phone said I was good to go and scheduled for an installer the following Saturday. Friday night comes around and my treadmill is still sitting there and BB is scheduling me for the next available slot, Wednesday, because they failed to schedule it correctly I suppose. Well I can’t keep putting my life on hold for the 7 to 7 window and cross my fingers that someone will actually show up almost two weeks later. Honestly I want someone to come get the this thing out of my house, I’d rather just return it and try another company that cares to keep their word! And my money back for installation!

Arrived damaged

They did not remove all packaging and tape, and did not inspect the refrigerator for damage. After they left, I noticed the door did not close quite right because the door seal was damaged.

Stressed customer

Hit or miss on setup

The second crew was abysmal. Didn’t set anything up, like apps and such, even though I’d paid for that service. Cords showing, no zip ties on anything. Just very amateur. Better to just set up yourself if you’re concerned about quality.

Elderly Delivery Went WRONG

She did the whole check list, making space for tv, keeping dogs/cats inside another room out of the way. Instead person delivering stated it was for front door drop off only, proceeded to tell her she was wrong and left tv at front door. I am out of town and purchased tv because of delivery option. I’m disappointed in the customer service produced. Nothing BestBuy stated bellow happened. Thanks BestBuy contract stated: Includes delivering your product to the room of your choice. Appliances will be unboxed and the packaging will be disposed of. TVs will not be removed from the shipping box.

Worst delivery experience ever.

The first 98” S5 had a defective panel right out the box. The replacement seemed great, until you started watching movies and noticed horrible white spots on dark and black screens / scenes (screen door). Reached out to both TCL and GeekSquad with pictures for advice / guidance, and was told to just “swap it out.” They’re bringing the 3rd one today, so fingers crossed. I really want to love it and enjoy the 5 star experience others have, but I’m starting to have my doubts about this model and brand. I’m regretting this purchase.

Shipped a clearly busted TV

The screen looked ok after unboxing. So, I take down the old TV and wiring and hook this up. Then I plug it in and the fun starts as you can see from the pics. Yes, the taped box aligns perfectly with the screen damage. Then I spend over an hour on the phone with no luck. Then I went to Best Buy chat function and they helped set up the return which took a lot of time. So, i pay a ton for a TV, waste hours setting it up, turn it on to see the lovely screen, then waste hours talking to Best Buy to pick up this junk. I have used Best Buy for years, but to deliver a TV they knew took a hit and show so little sympathy to customer - good bye Best Buy. I will now go elsewhere for my goodies.
