    Delivery company Apogee needs to be replaced

    This review is for the delivery, not the product. Delivery by Apogee was cancelled at the last minute. On a sunny Friday afternoon, at 2:30pm, I got the call due to "mechanical issues" the delivery could not be done. Is was scheduled from 7am to 7pm, then updated from 11:15am to 3:15pm the day before the delivery. Needless to say that the crew making the deliveries was at the end of their shift and wanted to take advantage of the nice day. I took time off from work to receive the appliance and Apogee's management is extremely poor. There were many other ways that the appliance could have been delivered on that day but all I was offers was "another day but I didn't know what day because I can't see the schedule". BestBuy should get a different company to deliver their products, a company that cares about filling the orders. I have cancelled my order since then.

    The delivery people were nice. On time and made quick work of the delivery and haul away. However, I had some extra work to do after they were done. My door needed a part filled and painted. My railing was scratched and that was the railing of the stairs they only had to walk by and my wall was scratched. My washer had a crack in the lid and the dryer has a scratch in the corner.

    The two individuals who made the delivery were polite and professional, however they slid the TV box across our newly refinished floors and left a significant scratch.

    Remote control is a “joke”! So difficult to use!!

    The television is very nice. The remote control is so cheaply made, that it’s almost impossible to operate. My photo shows my current remote on the left, the (so called) new remote on the right! Very disappointing!

    The guys that delivered the tv were excellent but the tv was no good it doesn’t work it just shows lines will be returning

    I was very disappointed with the delivery guys. Left my machine without connection . They said couldn’t do it and didn’t even try. I got a washing machine from Best Buy years back and they connected on the same spot. Nothing have change.

    I will start by saying that the product (Whirlpool dryer) is a great product and we are not unhappy with this product. We are however, EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Best Buy and how they have handled this whole transaction. I understand the delays related to COVID-19, however I have received terrible customer service from Best Buy. There have been many rescheduling for the pair, but we did get our dryer this last week. The washer however has since been rescheduled multiple times and is now into February. We placed this order the beginning of October, and it didn’t appear to be sold out at the time. This leads us to believe in the time it took to get to us/rescheduling it they didn’t actually reserve ours and now it’s sold out. It also didn’t allow me to schedule the February date until after the dryer was delivered due to “scheduling complications”. I called MANY times and was told MANY times that it was scheduled, but then I would get an email saying I never rescheduled it. I have called 5 times now asking for a supervisor and every time have been told “they will call you back in 24-48 hours” and have NEVER been contacted. Also slightly disappointed in the delivery/installation of the dryer. They punched a hole in our wall and also scraped a giant chunk out of our vinyl flooring. Still haven’t been able to get ahold of customer service. We are faithful Best Buy customers and have spent a great amount of money this last year with them through moving into a new home. But after this terribly experience, it really makes it hard to want to continue. I really hope that February continues to be the date, however it would not surprise me in the slightest if it gets delayed again, because that’s how it has been the last few months. I mean who needs to wash clothing in a 6 month span?

    Stove came damaged the employees delivering it saw the damage and still decided to deliver it. If I’m paying money for some something i would rather it NOT have dents in jt

    Delivery guys were great but the freezer was damaged. I was told a manger/supervisor would contact us after delivery and assured they would go over options. No Call. No email. No contact.

    Poor installation. Drilled hole right through brand new cabinets and left microwave crooked. 2nd time having problems with best buys "contractors", never had problems when in house staff delivered and installed, but these contractors are horrible

    The part that hooks into the dryer is very short and the hose continually comes off because the people they send out to do installation do not know what they are doing. First, they didn't bring the hose, then they brought the wrong one, then they brought the right one, but they didn't clamp it, so it comes off. If I weren't handicapped by the irresponsible actions of a drunk driver, I could do this myself. As it is I do not often climb behind the back of my stackable dryer in a very small closet because this is a dangerous manoeuvre for a handicapped old lady who lives alone. Once I finally discovered that on their 3rd trip out they STILL had not hooked the dryer up properly, I called only to be told too much time had passed. I'm not sure what one year of Geek Squad coverage means, but I'm pretty sure it is longer than 90 or even 100 days. If their work was not done correctly, that should have no time limit! Notice in the pic there is 1 clamp there, although it is smaller than it should be, so the concept is not completely alien to the installers.

    Even after tipping both delivery guys $30 a piece, it wasn’t until later that I noticed not only did they install the doors uneven, but they also scratched the side of the fridge

    DELIVERY truck hit & Damaged my carport

    The delivery truck backed into the carport structure. It hit so hard it moved the entire structure and caused it to bang into the main house, caused structural damage. The neighbors caught it on Video. And we are still waiting on the delivery incident team to call.

    Beware of Glitches Outside the Return Window

    Good tv with a few glitches here and there that were easy to overlook, until a green dot and cross glitch appeared only 4 months after owning it. If the visual glitches didn’t occur, it’d be solid for the price. Not worth it with the visual glitch especially since it spans the whole tv.

    You decide Took pic real quick as they rolled up. Tvs on floor or like this free to move around or flip. Tv seems fine but i would borrowed bigger vehicle to pick up after seen this.

    Best Buy fumbles Black Friday deal

    Black Friday sales, purchased an open box range oven in good condition, the only issue was, there was a minor dent on the handle. After 2 weeks, As delivery arrived, more damage was done to the range oven than how we originally inspected it. I had to reject the order, called customer service 5 times, waited 15 mins and more on all calls. Talked with 3 different people, got hanged up on all 3 calls. The other 2 calls, I was just hanged up on immediately. It seems like they just hang up on you when you ask more questions. Best Buy’s customer support on their 800 number is non-existent. Don’t ever call their customer service and just chat with a chatbox requesting for an agent.
