    when we purchased we went over deliver and installation options, we already had a water hook up so opted out on that. TURNS out the water option WAS the installation

    Brought it in. That's about all. Did not offer to take to kitchen or install, th very only brought it in the door.

    The absolute worse delivery I have ever received. The guys arrived, I showed them where the refrigerator goes and the path I wanted them to take. They decided that they wanted to turn the delivery truck around in my back driveway in a space that was way too small. They backed into my trees and kept backing up until I made them stop. They broke two branches in my trees. After this they said the refrigerator wouldnt fit through my door. I went and got my tape measure and told them that it would fit if they took the doors off. After borrowing my tape measure he agreed that it would fit by doing that. I leave them alone for a few minutes. When I make it back downstairs they had the refrigerator in place but had taken a different path, tracking dirt onto my carpet. They spilled water on the floor and before i could get the paper towels to clean up the water the guy just left. Throughout the whole ordeal one of the delivery guys in particular was extremely rude and confrontanional. The real kicker is that the guy left all the plastic and paper on the outside of the fridge and all the cardboard and tape on the inside of the fridge. They gave no explanations about the fridge nor any directions about dumping the first few batches of ice and water. Lastly, there were two water lines at the bottom of the fridge that was left disconnected which caused additional water to leak in my house.

    I’ve had a terrible time setting up my new house with my smart appliances - Smart Fridge third party installers damaged my drywall of my brand new house during the delivery, were rude and charged me 29.99 for removing my home banister without my permission to get the fridge up the stairs. They wanted to dump the washer and dryer outside and not do the install that I paid for, barked at me for having two deliveries in the same time window/day but that’s on them for being so disorganized and lazy. They said they need me to buy another connector to connect the oval wall dryer vent to the round dryer vent even though the connector is flexible and that they’d schedule the re-install at a later time; they left without scheduling and called me “crazy lazy for buying so much” and turned out I didn’t need the vent adaptor—this was just an excuse for them to not do the job. Another set of installers came a week later who did the washer and dryer install when it was supposed to be all on the 19th, but the person at Best Buy failed to cancel the appointment for the second dryer/washer install. When it came time to order the garbage disposal, which needed to be installed before the dishwasher, another 3rd party came and conveniently did not bring the disposal yet that I purchased so we were once again unable to do the dishwasher install at the second try. They refused to do the over the range microwave install twice because they didn’t want to drill the holes for the bracket and wanted the tile removed instead. When I talked to my builder twice, they mentioned I just need a special drill bit and the problem just repeats. We’ve rescheduled each service at least 2 times and I finally gave up and asked to return the microwave, dishwasher and disposal — so hopefully they don’t come back to damage my house again in the process of picking up the appliances.

    What a mess! Let me start by saying I love this best buy, but I'm sorry they really dropped the ball with my appliances big time! My order was bought and paid for on Dec 19. 2020. A Samsung Fridge, over the range microwave and convection oven. I was then advised soonest Installation date was JANUARY 13TH, Well the 13th comes around and I only recived the fridge, no stove, no microwave and to top it off the ice maker doesn't work!! Still is not working properly. Guess i was waiting for a repair date just to be told to call samsung... Theybset an appointment date a 2nd time for FEBRUARY 5th! NO ONE SHOWED. I was advised the order was never rescheduled and the next soonest is FEBRUARY 22. Huh? I jumped in my car and rented a truck from Memards I had no choice at this point to pick it up myself unload and install it eventhough the services were already paid for...... Next proceed to say a rescheduled date of FEBRUARY 22ND there was a sooner appointment 3 months later with no stove or microwave - (February 13) to install the microwave. I will never use their delivery/install services again! Money wasted.. This is such a disappointing situation seeing as all my samsung appliance/products down to my bedroom fan were bought here! There protection plan is hard to beat. All the calls have lead me no where. Well at least samsung product are sold at other stores! Then it says my purchase date was 2/5/21. No it was 12/19/20.... wow. Steer clear.

    I want to return dryer. Two delivery men visited to my house to establish dryer. But they said dryer hook and some parts are different from our house. They gave only dryer and one dryer vent kit box. I didnot get the the other two things such as gas line, stainlesssteel dryer installation kit. I am waiting for them to establish again. I called to them. They didnot answer. They promise to visit again to establish again. But when I call, they didnot answer. I would like to return dryer.

    I have bought numerous appliances and had them delivered by Best Buy, and this has been my worst experience. The guys were rude, and inflexible. They claimed the fridge wouldn't fit through the doorway and pressured my wife into placing it in the garage. They didn't unwrap it even, and when we did that found damage. I had to rent an appliance dolly from U Haul to do it myself when I got home from work. The fridge is great, I'm very disappointed in Best Buy's service.

    Unhappy with the service. I got offered installation on my washer and dryer and the delivery guys refused to do it supposedly because I had to have new hoses for the washer which nobody ever told me. I did the installation myself and when I unboxed the dryer I found 2 loose screws in the bottom of the box. The dryer didn’t come with the electric cord and has a big dent in the bottom left from corner like if it was dropped or something. I demand a replacement for the damaged dryer.

    was amazing but then went black on 3 days. 5 blinks means t-con issue internally. I think it was the drive drivers as they came around the corner too fast and I believe they were reckless. Wish I would've picked up on my own.

    We bought a 3.2 cu ft refrigerator to hold us over. I bought from you on 8/5 and I get it 9/9. Had to have something til 9/9. It was $139. I should get a discount. Husband is a Vietnam Vet in dtage 4 cancer. Thank you , Jeannie Daly

    Broke 1 1/2 months after receiving bestbest buy wont help i could see a year later or even 6 months didnt think i needed warranty cause i never had this issue with any other tv

    My scheduled delivery was canceled without notice the night before my delivery date. I was forced to reschedule for a new delivery date a week later. This is the second appliance delivery I have had Best Buy cancel and push out. I am frustrated because A) I received no notice of the delivery change. B) I tried calling the 1888 number to sit on hold for > half an hour before hanging up. I am a former employee and have been loyal to Best Buy for years. I regret that decision as I watch Best Buy's loyalty to their customers decline.

    Geek mgr condescending little creep. I explained everything when we met. I was looking for policy waiver at that time. He took product examined it (maybe) then after 20 minutes came to me to say “out of policy”. I told him I already told him that he then got kind of aggressive interrupting me several times. I have worked with little nerds like him and they should be kept in back rooms away from customers

    0 stars. I am very disappointed with the delivery services provided through Best Buy. The gentlemen who delivered my treadmill refused to take it down a single flight of stairs to my basement despite the delivery service agreement stating that my item will be placed in the room of my choice up to 3 flights of stairs. When I informed him of this statement in the policy he stated that the treadmill is “too heavy” and he could either leave it on my main floor of my home or in my garage. I informed him that I would be calling customer service to make a complaint and he continued to tell me that him and the other delivery person could not put it in the basement. So now I have a treadmill in my garage, that I cannot lift on my own. After finally reaching a customer service agent who didn’t put me on hold for over an hour (this happened twice and I was finally disconnected due to what I suspect was a max out on the hold time), I was offered a relocation service “free of charge”.. even though it was part of the service I was promised originally.. so now I will finally get my treadmill inside my home 6 days after the initial delivery. He also informed me that the delivery driver was unaware of the statement in the delivery service agreement. How can Best Buy promise their customers services without educating their employees on their responsibilities? Very sad that after 10+ years of being a loyal Best Buy customer this is how I was treated by their delivery service and how I was “accommodated” for my inconvenience due to their employees refusing to complete their job.

    The refrigerator is ok but the freezer is not reliable. It fluctuated temperatures between 10 below and 40 above. Not acceptable. They are bringing a new fridge in today so we will see if it’s any better. I have pictures, but I don’t know how to add it to this review.

    I bought $4600 in appliances. When I purchased I bought the extra tech support pack and paid for installation. The installers did not know how to put it in and ended up breaking the valve off of in my wall and then shoved the pipe into the floor while trying to stop the water. I’ve communicated to Best Buy at 5 different numbers. The installation company called a plumbing company that doesn’t exist. “Point Loma Appliances.” The “plumber” that came was in a beat up Pontiac with the registration expired in the year 2000. The “plumber” decided to shake the pipes and asked me to tell him if it moved in the wall so he could try pushing it up. While attempting to push the pipe up, he cracked another part of the pipe and tore up our underside insulation. He said we needed to call an actual plumber and not an appliance plumber. Still no responses from anyone after a week and a day. I told them I have a disabled brother and mother living with me and they keep saying they will call me back in 24 hours but I never have gotten a call back. I even told them about how I had to wash my brother in the neighbors yard and they simply don’t care. After contacting a plumber and general contractor myself and having no water for over a week now, we found the damages and can get my water fixed. I still haven’t gotten a call from Best Buy and I’ve spent several thousands of dollars there over the years. Definitely go with a professional company during purchase and install. If you can’t even call the local store, that tells you something is up. At this rate, it will more than likely have to go through small claims court.

    I love the home delivery…….The guys were nice, they called when they were on their way. But they removed our front door by the hinges screws instead of the pin. Then they couldn’t get the screws back in correctly, they wouldn’t go in all the way nor come back out…after they tried for a bit, We asked them to stop trying before it made things worse and had to cut off the screws that they could not getting in all the way or back out to be able to close our front door. Will be calling to make a claim to have the repairs fixed.
