    It was pouring down rain when my expensive new refrigerator was delivered and there was no attempt to protect it from the elements. The drawers inside the refrigerator do not smoothly glide on their tracks, the shelves are uneven, and the exterior door was not properly aligned. I gave their delivery service a "fair" rating (or two stars) because they are replacing the refrigerator next week.

    Two gorillas deliver my TV with missing parts

    Trust me , I spent over 1k from the local Best Buy store on a TV and regretted it . Had the TV delivered to my home at 9AM . By 4pm the same day , I had order canceled . and had the installers removed the new monitor TV from my house and send it back to Best Buy for a full refund credit..

    They still charged me $53., stating was out of metro area. Yet in fine print it states: if out of metro delivery area up to a $69.99 credit would be given to cover the delivery fee.

    I recently ordered a TV from Best Buy and was deeply disappointed with the delivery service. Despite being told that setup was included, the delivery team simply dropped off the TV and left without any assistance. To make matters worse, they tracked mud through my house and onto my brand new carpet, leaving a mess which will cost me money to have cleaned. This experience fell far short of the professional service I expected. I’ll think twice before using Best Buy delivery again.

    I would give them 0 if I could! Delivery driver broke my valve then lied and left! Do not use Best Buy for this purchase!!!

    They don’t care about customer satisfaction, they only care about to finish fast, they installed the screws without alignment them and damaging the threads, no careful enough to don’t scratch the parts

    The installation left the outdoor vent unsealed and not flush with the wall. I am praying i dont get a mice invasion.

    The delivery guys were in a rush when they got here, I guess they have a tight schedule to stick to. They left packing material in the driveway where they unpacked my refrigerator. They broke the flag on my mail box, they hit my dragon end table, they bent my gecko candle holder on the wall, and left plastic wrap on the refrigerator. They took off the front door and left dirty fingerprints everywhere. They couldn’t install the refrigerator due to the connection, but didn’t give me all the parts that came in the hose box so I couldn’t return it.

    I ordered five major appliances, all of which were LG brand. My kitchen is being remodeled so the appliances were in my garage for a few weeks awaiting installation of cabinets & electrical. None of the boxes appeared damaged, however, after opening the dishwasher I noticed the whole right side is caved in (a dent that runs along the whole right side). The dent is so deep that the bottom tray cannot be rolled into the dishwasher. Even if I can manage to get warranty to replace this after the month or so delay in opening, it is a huge inconvenience.

    If I could give a negative star I would. Original delivery was delayed one day due to weather which was understandable. But on our delivery day, driver stopped at the end of the drive and refused to deliver down our freshly plowed driveway. We have a long drive but it is not steep and was freshly plowed. Driver never walked down the drive or came to the house to inspect. Dispatcher called to say driver did not want to deliver, but didn't seem to care that the driver never looked over the situation. This was xmas eve so my only choice was to have them leave it and figure another way to get it here OR not have a fridge over the Xmas holiday (our old one broke) They left it in the middle of the driveway, over 450 feet from the house. I had to rent a dolly, haul it down the drive, into the house, unpack and install myself. No Follow-up from BestBuy or an apology.

    I would give zero star if i could, the product arrived broken from tbe box and tried to contact best buy and all they stated it beyond the return period of 15 days, which to me is nonsense at leat give customer a heads up or maybe bestbuy should work on ensuring quality check on delivery cause its a big television and i had to wait for my living room to be ready tl have it inside while it was safely sitting in my garage and on top of it all they refered me.to the manufacturer as if the manufacturer would be of any help i strongly believe its shady from bestbuy side to mistreat and misguide customer on that manner and proper measure should be followed to guarantee their product upon delivery

    This is a terrible awful product and Best Buy is selling a terrible product with this refrigerator Best Buy installed it and the installer tilted it back and jammed it under my cabinet prying my cabinets up which caused the seal to be ineffective so the freezer didn’t seal making it no longer energy efficient and the entire refrigerator has different temperatures stuff freezes in the back and barely cold!!

    what are my TV to include a TV MOUNTING service and the guy who came to mount the TV hit a pipe in my wall looking for a stud. after getting the damage repaired and repainted, the guy said that they would come back out to mount my TV, but has yet to do so. Going forward I have received horrible communication on their end about the next stepsand my TV still is notmounted. So I honestly cannot give a review on the TV itself, this review is mainly for the poor mounting services I received.

    Home delivery is not what it used to be

    Do you dry ground every television since 2003 has been from Best Buy. Up until this television it has always been complete delivery free and free installation and free haul away. The delivery was free but that just meant they pulled the box into my living room and left it. I was very disappointed that they did not do installation and set up anymore. I called back and asked if they did installation and I'm in an apartment so it's not mounted on the wall I have a stand that has four screws and basically it's completely wireless I do not have cable I use prime TV and Netflix and then the free everything that you would ever need to watch on there. They advised me that a 65-in installation and set up was going to be $169 and I had already bought the 5-year geek squad in case anything happened to the TV and I said forget it I'll find somebody to help me I'm not going to pay that much. I ended up finding a local company that charged me $49 for two guys to come in mount the TV get my Google account set up and make sure I could watch my channels before they left. With the exorbitant amount of money that Best Buy is charging to set up and program the remote and such is completely overcharging. It would be different if I hung it on the wall and they were having to fish wires and such but this was just clicking it on a stands and tightening a few screws. I can't say that I would buy another television from them again. I will probably buy the same TV less expensive on Amazon with my prime membership and pay the other company to come in and set it up and save money. I'm just very disappointed it's the best word I can use.

    The delivery people from Manada Delivery are horrible. I have been a great customer for many years with Best Buy. No longer! The are sub contracting their delivery to Manada delivery and they are lazy and dangerous. I will never have them at my home again. They tried to make it my fault that he brought two new employees with him. he brought my refrigerator but had to come up one set of stairs. He was very insulting to me and put the workers he had in harms way. Did not leave the refrigerator.

    Best Buy delivery men brought me a big hole with a refrigerator wrapped around it. Promised to exchange it in 3 days. It has been over 6 weeks, we are constantly lied to about getting the new fridge. Liars. No local help can only talk to people in India or Pakistan. Do not shop at Best Buy! Do not trust them!

    I was not home or I would have had them take it back. They would not plug it in or they did not put the door handle on. Said we did not pay for installation. Not sure what u do for install on a freezer for the garage except plug it in. When I buy something I did not buy it without a handle to open. I do believe it will be going back to the store because they took something off the bottom for better airflow. Then when asked about it they said they don’t know Try McKennys instead of Best Buy

    Horrible. Worst experience with a company in a very long time and I’m extremely easy to work with. Tech clearly doesn’t like delivering large appliances ie 36 inch refrigerator. He took his frustrations out on the customer and the fridge. Will never order another appliance from Best Buy and cancelling store card. He was also very rude to his coworker who was assisting him. Felt like I had hired a child to do a job and he had something else he’d rather be doing. It definitely put him out to deliver the fridge. He demanded it wouldn’t fit even though I measured myself and it clearly would. I had to remove my front door myself. Once we got the fridge to my front door it slid inside with ease. He just didn’t want to do the job and was rude the entire time…to myself and his coworker.
