    Tv broke in 10 months

    Bad tv dont buy. Lasted for about 10 months and then the right side of the screen went black. Manufacturer refused to cover their warranty.

    Totally disappointed with this purchase. First of all the tv is too slow in performance. When i have more then one app open and switching between, the tv stops responding at all for 20 to 30 seconds. I think the Tizen OS sucks. The screen quality is another total disappointment. The dark scenes are too dark and you could barely identify that the TV is on in such scenes. Even a minimal lighiting in the room is ruining the viewing experience and that very minimal lighting is dominating the tv brightness. Returning it !!!

    The delivery team simply left my refrigerator in the garage because they claimed that they would need three people to move the refrigerator to the second floor. When I made the order I clearly noted that the refrigerator goes to second floor so this was totally unacceptable. I was told that another team would come later to move it and Best Buy would schedule it for me. After hour-long phone calls and buck passing between the customer service and delivery team, I finally got someone promised me to dispatch another team in the coming week, but could not give any formal confirmation when requested. So who knows whether that's going to happen? Home delivery service explicitly states that the appliance goes to customers' room of choice. Also the three-story townhouse is everywhere in my area and I bet they don't install the refrigerator in the garage. So why dispatching people incapable of doing the basics? My moving plan was messed up because of the delay.

    Delivered with a dent - delivery guys took a lot of photos so must have been aware but failed to disclose the very obvious dent. Best buy does not provide a solution

    Best Buy completely botched the delivery and smart wifi connection on three kitchen appliances. Horrible customer service! They do not listen and hang up on you. I've spent over $5500 on appliances here. In the store, they guys were great. After that, its all offshore people who make a huge mess, hang up and cold transfer when they do not want to fix difficult issues that Best Buy created! When I tried to get Geek Squad support, it was no where to be found. When I called and asked, "can you tell me what your installed yesterday" they said no, it looks like its still on order". Michael set up return orders and initiated refunds when I am not returning anything. I will never shop here again and will most likely initiate a law suit if not compensated. (Reps in the last 24 hrs, almost an entire business day in phone calls: David, Jade, Jasmine, Michael, Evelyn, Kristina)

    The people who deliver and installed have damaged the property. The washer hasn’t installed properly and it fell apart. Damaged the property. No response from Bestbuy about the claim

    The TV screen goes bad after 2 years under the properly used condition. The remote frequently loses its connection. Other than these two, this TV is good.

    The washing machine arrived in a box that looked like it was in great condition however, after opening the box, the dishwasher was damaged with a great big dent in the back.

    Ordered a dual oven LG Gas stove and microwave.... the first time it was delivered and installed the fan in the lower oven made a very loud noise, as if something had been damaged... sure enough, the whole back of the oven looked to have been dented-in affecting the fans ability to work properly. The microwave looked to have been dropped and was damaged as well.. actually, so damaged it couldn’t be installed. Best Buy came out and replaced both units. The second oven received was again installed and the delivery dudes left. I used the both ovens fro Christmas dinner and noticed my house temp increased by 15 degrees... turns out the “new” oven had been dented under the door, not forming a seal for the lower oven... oven number two, useless. Call Best Buy, they send someone to see if it can be repaired (seriously?), told them there was no way, but that’s what they did... sent a dude out... said it couldn’t be repaired and never heard from anyone after that. Called Best Buy a week later for them to tell me that customer service couldn’t help me, I would have to physically go into the store to have this addressed. Finally get everything dealt with, get the third oven and so far so good.... I have yet to call and complain because this process was EXHAUSTING. Needless to say, had to buy a dryer and I did NOT buy it from beat buy. F- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... this is how they handle elite members btw. The purchase date listed is inaccurate as well... this headache started on November 3, 2019 ...

    Damaged Delivery - Poor Communication

    Received a phone call prior to the delivery where two men were shouting over each other and kept repeating my name and the number "77". The call ended with the words "5 minutes" followed by more yelling. I was called out to the driveway where they showed me the door of my new refrigerator was dented and they kept repeatedly saying "This is water house" while showing me a picture on their phone. I asked what can be done about the damaged door and they said they would upload a picture and Best Buy will give me a discount or replace door. They then proceeded to play loud music in my garage while installing and hauling away my old fridge. I received a follow up call where I explained what had happened and I was told Best Buy would call me back in 15 minutes. That was yesterday and I still haven't heard back.

    Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. My appointment was from 7am-1pm and then changed to 9am-1pm. The agents got at my house at 5:30pm in a “Penske” moving van. When it came time to get the tv out of the back of the van, the tv was stationed on its left side and strapped to the wall. Only one agent carried the tv into my house, shaking it around and hitting off the front door multiple times (enough room was given for it to be safely moved/positioned). The agent who carried the tv in was on the phone with a friend and not wearing his mask. The agent who carried the tv in by himself put it on the ground, took a picture of the delivery and left. The other agent with him grabbed my return tv and roughly put it in the back of the van, forgetting the remote as well. When it came time to assembly the tv, the whole tv was freezing cold where it left hand prints on the metal base and condensation on the screen. It appears the tv had alignment issues with the screws, bases, and tv since everything was “off/tight” when assembling. I’m not to sure if this was a display model or not, but there was a giant power saving sticker on the screen.

    Samsung Installation/Delivery Communications Fiasc

    Schedule, follow-up communications, installations = ALL MESSED-UP!!! Delivery/set-up guys erroneously installed the hot water connection to the coldwater connection and vice-versa!!! As a result, it ruined my load!!!

    They mounted my TV incorrectly some bolts were in studs other weren't some bolts drilled thru the wall entirely into the bathroom and the mount couldn't handle the weight of the TV even though they said it could

    Sound quality is pretty bad. The money you save with the tv you have to invest in a sound bar. My old LG from 2010 sounds a million times better.

    We did not receive any services or the dishwasher. The delivery guys marked the delivery completed although they did not deliver the item or install it or even recycle my old dishwasher. Delivery guys when they came in to check the pluming, they did not follow the covid guidelines, they wore invalid masks and filled my house with water because they did not cover their shose with shoe covers. First, delivery failed because the website did not explain what kind of valve and pluming I should have although we bought the installation kit, no guidance what so ever. Second I did not receive anything and still they marked my account that we received everything. Very disappointed. No one called to give me an update when I can receive my dishwasher, recycle my old one, I paid double to get a good service instead I have a case number. I need this to be resolved.

    Broke knobs

    This particular oven has knobs that keeps breaking and best buys says its a design flaw and does not want to warranty it out. And now wants charge me to replace the knobs. If best buy know its faulty product then why would they keep selling them or make samsung fix the problem. It makes best buy as a company look bad.

    Purchased on 8/28. Scheduled delivery on 8/31 between 0800-1200 was late to original commitment time. Delivery pushed to 1400-1800 without noticed. Once items were delivered correct power pigtail was not available. Team committed to completing a new install the following day. No follow up calls to schedule new appointment. 24 hours have passed. Called Best Buy three times to try and resolve (long hold times, call drop offs, no confirmation provided). Last call informed me that tickets have been put in with back office. Estimated time to be contacted 24-48 hours to reschedule new install time. Which means at least an additional three days before an install can occur. Summary: ( peanut butter— no jelly, ham — no bread, cereal— milk, washer — no dyer, Best Buy — no service) Update as of 9/3 still no call from Best Buy. Open tickets: 2683660362 268319099 268309990

    To change the tv because for gift my mother. I had to see the real thing, so we went to the best buy store. Decided to buy a 75-inch TV at the bestbuy store. I didn't have the same model, so I ordered "bestbuy website online" and payment first waited 5-6 days after and received it today. I was ask can you help me?. put my tv on the tv stand. and he said no. he ask me how much pai I will. I think it's a tip, so the two of you are doing it, Then I'll give you a tip of $20. per each , he said no. if i wanna his help? just about him one person can help me. I'm going to call bestbuy and ask for a refund right away, but when they come back in, they ask me how much again. Twenty dollars should be tired and lay down on TV. I gave a total of 30 dollars as a tip and sent it through the hard work, but of course I took care of the TV settings myself. While holding the settings, I noticed that one of the tv stand feet was not properly screwed. If you sit down like this, are you responsible? Never again will I ever buy home appliances from bestbuy.
