    About the refrigerator that was delivered yesterda

    When they brought the refrigerator into the trailer the one hold side got scratched and a little bit Dented in. I have another complaint the refrigerator doesn't work like it should it doesn't get cold like it should get. I have it on five and it's been plugged in overnight and I felt it today and it isn't as cold as it should be. Look I paid good money for this refrigerator and I have a warranty on it so somebody needs to come out and look at it or you could take this thing back and exchange it for another one especially after what your your delivery guys did to it I am very unsatisfied on the way they delivered it. I didn't pay $400,00 for a refrigerator for the delivery guy to damage it before we even get to use it. No I would not recommend them to deliver anything to anyone's house again and I don't want them to come out two my house again either. If they take this one back thank you bring the other one in first before they take this one back because we got rid of the old one that did not work at all.

    Delivery at Best Buy is the worst, scheduled to deliver on Dec 6, scheduled 2 weeks in advance, date came, app tells me will deliver from 12-3pm, did not came, I call Best Buy and they explain it will arrive by 7pm, driver then call me and said that he does not have the TV and help to bring it and for me to call Best Buy and reschedule, I called after 5 times and got a ticket and investigation going and still don’t have a delivery date or priority on my delivery. Worst of the worst and they don’t care of me as a customer

    The worst experience I’ve ever had, it took 3 different deliveries to finally get them installed. I have stairs and first 2 delivery crews found defects with the product so they wouldn’t deliver, even though I agreed to accept the product. I drove 1 and a half hours each way 3 times to meet them at the house I needed them delivered to. I was given any and every excuse of why they couldn’t do their job and deliver, one guy removed 2 screws from the back of dryer to pretend it was damaged, I told him it’s ok just give me the screws that were in it a minute ago and I’ll put them back in. Was told they can’t install just the washer at that point because they are a pair(not stacked). Couldn’t take my old washer n dryer away either, so they left them apart and in the middle of my living room, horrible customer relations. My old washer n dryer worked just fine before these guys got there and decided it was too much work for them

    This was the worst customer experience I have ever receive from a company representing a corporation. Lone Star Appliance the subcontracting company who represented Best Buy tech was extremely rude, incompetence several unnecessary holes in my cabinets for a dishwasher replacement with the same make and model. He do not ask for my permission or did I understand why it was required in the first because we replace with the exact same dishwasher. When I questioned him he indicated he needed a bigger hole to run the drain hose and water supply. He said holes that he drilled would not do anything. I responded why would you need new holes with the same dishwasher replacement. At that point he ask for a hanger in angry manner. Which I provided. He clearly was looking for a easier way and damage my cabinets in process.. Eventually he got the hose through the original holes however I ask him why he had three breaks in his drain holes he responded to me. “Man what are you talking about “ At that point I ask him to leave because he wasn’t going to raise his voice and talk to me disrespectful in my home.. I later cancel the order and still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the damage he cause to my cabinets

    Product showed up damaged. Was told I would receive a call about rescheduling the install of a new refrigerator instead got no call and an automated reschedule weeks out. Installers left packing debris all over the street.

    The Geek Squad Damaged my House

    My rating is on the install performed by the Geek Squad. they destroyed my walls, damaged my ceiling and left my house extremely dirty They did so much damage to the wall that the TV was falling off the wall. I had to replace the wall, fix the ceiling and repaint everything. I was very calm during this process and went through best buys claims process with Sedgwick . After over a month of waiting for an answer / reimbursement. they replied by saying they could offer me $100 as a courtesy. - I have never given less than a 5-star review, I have never written a bad review or publicly complained about a business in my life. but after many attempts to try and speak with someone higher up and being ignored I felt I should share. This is not an attack on any person that works for Best buy or Segwick it is a complaint on their process and how they handle people. I still would like someone to resolve this.

    I can’t get the audio to come out of optical or hdmi. Stuck using stock speakers. I tried all the settings.

    I had my washer delivered on 19th of Jan. my washer went out at the end of Jan. I had been rescheduled several time with Feb 9th date and 15th date. no one called or showed with the company best buy refer thru insignia. eventually someone called stated parts was order on Feb 11th with the complaints I reported. someone came on Wed night after the scheduled time stating he didn't have the number to call me about the job. the man worked on washer but didn't have the tools to tighten it to check to see if worked properly before leaving, stated he will be back that Thursday to finish the job. he didn't call or company follow-up. I have a washer still in my laundry area that I'm not able to use. and I've been calling the company and best buy. as of March the 13th. I'm still without a washer and still no one call direct me to who, when, why my washer not fix or traded out by now

    The guys threw my cord to the dryer I bought. It was not professional and they damaged the cord.

    I paid 199.00 for "premium" delivery and the drivers advised even with "premium" delivery, they can only take it to your door. This resulted in myself and wife to carry the very heavy 200 pound washer inside and downstairs.

    No gloves, no mask, no booties, no cleaning and sanitizing. Left greasy hand prints on the front and sides. The men were pleasant and delivered the freezer efficient but was shocked they the email could be so wrong on the procedures.

    Horrible... Delivery people damaged the refrigerator, my stairs Pillar and wall, and I sent pics , but The Best Buy people keep asking for more to the point of discouragement, so I stopped and paid for the damages myself. Shame on Best Buy.

    Installers did not go over the operation of the oven with me. If they had, they would have noticed that the oven light stayed on, even when the door was closed. They also did not notice that the bottom trim piece was missing, even though I questioned them about the gap. They said it was supposed to be there, for ventilation. There is a gap under the oven that is built-in for ventilation. But, below that is supposed to be a white piece of trim that runs along the entire bottom, and up the sides a bit. Because of their incompetence in installing the oven, I will be without an over for almost a month. (From 8/7/2023 to 9/5/2023 (install date for new oven)

    1st delivery guy didn’t take the fridge of the truck. Said it wouldn’t fit through the doorways. After finding specs online for depth of fridge later that night and realizing that it was within what he said it needed to be. Went to Best Buy the next day and measured floor model to verify depth due to delivery guy saying online specs were wrong even though he didn’t take it out of the box and measure it. 2nd set of delivery man showed up to delivery the fridge and instead of going the recommended route that I suggested due to it having the wider doorways they decided to bring through my sliding doors. After damaging my sliding door and my new fridge the delivery guy said he choose that way because he didn’t want to carry it farther. And their 1-800 number offered me a $30 gift card for the damage to my fridge. Ummm NO bring me a new one. Also delivery guy said I should have a stainless steel line for my water hookup instead of cooper. He offered me the line for $30 and said he’d switch them out. Well he broke the line and now I’m a STILL waiting for an adjuster to come look at the damage to my door and waterline so it can be fixed.

    Total Failed Delivery Attempt and Lies

    The delivery crew never delivered the appliance: They came, looked at my house then refused to deliver the appliance, The crew stated that the washer/dryer is too heavy for 2nd floor delivery since it weighs 1800 lbs. On the original packaging, it clearly states that the washer/dryer combo is 300 lbs. It is impossible for a washer/dryer combo to weigh 1800 lbs. The crew kept lying to me in my face and then left without even measuring the clearance or attempted to deliver. I found that extremely rude and frustrating. Cannot recommend their service and avoid at all costs in the future.
