    Freezer was delivered and installed by Best Buy. Not sure if it's supposed to have tabs to hold the shelves stable but didn't come with them. Shelves move when taking things in/out so I'm constantly readjusting the shelves. Other than this design flaw it's a good freezer

    The delivery driver show up hr before my estimated delivery time. Then lie and said he show up at 11am. I have him on camera to prove that he lied. This was on 12/2/24 Call and rescheduled the delivery for 12/5/24 The person didn’t who rescheduled it didn’t even set the appointment. So still don’t have my Tv. Do not get your tv delivered from Best Buy

    This is a review of the delivery process. We ordered a treadmill online and deleted the option for home delivery. We went through the 8 step process insuring our property and house were ready for the delivery. Once the treadmill was delivered the movers told us they would not take it downstairs because of the weight of it. When the representative for Best Buy called a couple days I was told they'd absolutely take it down one set of stairs for us. I told the movers that I was told this and that I just had knee surgery a week ago and they told me "sorry, its heavy." Very frustrating and this will probably be the last large item I buy from Best Buy.

    My first refrigerator was damaged,the second delivery, they damaged my front door inside and out,this is a brand new home,i am not happy.

    Rude and aggressive delivery men - Damage to home

    The delivery men were extremely rude and aggressive. My tenants are elderly women and needed a little more time to remove the items from the old refrigerator before the new one could be installed. The 2 men were agitated and spoke down to the ladies who where were doing their best to prepare. The men were also not careful and damaged the doorway of my home. I was there to assist my tenants but felt the need to protect the women given the attitude of the delivery men. This was a horrible experience, unfortunately there was no support from Best Buy to make them aware of the men or the damage. There are many options for purchasing new appliances, this experience will keep me away from Best Buy in the future.

    I purchased the black stained stalk and received regular stainless steel. The process of trying to resolve this issue and have the correct item (that I paid for) delivered has been excruciatingly exhausting! After this purchase it resolved, never again will I purchase from Best Buy again. They are good until you have an issue you need solved. Two months later and I still don’t have the product I purchased.

    Washes dishes fine... Until the door latch fails

    Was seemingly fantastic until the dishwasher door latch broke after only 3 months of normal use (once a day). Will not lock shut and leaks on the floor because the pressure pushes the door open.

    No Delivery, No Support

    Delivery was declined due to damaged unit. Installation company informed me that they would contact Best Buy and they would reach out. Best Buy customer support was the worst. In the first 60 hours after delivery I was picked up and hung up on two out of three calls. When I did reach someone, Edward, he was unable to help me. He said, “we can’t do anything until the order status changes.” The next day, I got hung up on again, so I tried text support. They were even less helpful! Could not or would not put me on a call list, or help me connect with any real person. This is our third set of appliances from Best Buy, and our first problem. But I’m beyond disappointed, especially since I’m a paid Total Tech member.

    Once they installed my dryer, they pushed it back and squished the semi rigid vent hose. A hose which should be used in a dryer set up to begin with. I had to personly go by a new hose and hook up after already purchasing the kit the used and damaged.

    Broken drain pipe

    The delivery guy damage my drain pipe and he made the delivery and left without resolving the issue and I’m not able to use the machines until now The service is horrible, no one took responsibility of the damage

    Make them remove shipping bolts!

    The delivery guys did not remove the "shipping" bolts, nor did they tell me about them. The book says they should be removed but doesn't say where they are not is their a picture, the bolts that need removed i actually asked the guy why it had so many cord holders because its what they are or appear to be.

    This tefrigwrator is crap ! It stays at 42F, whike its set at 37 . Seems like all LG tefrigerartos have problems with cooling.

    Been home all day waiting for my order delivery. This was scheduled more than a week ago to be done today as it's my only day off. I get a text it will be done between 2 and 6pm. I wait till 5: 30 and still no communication till I logged in the website and saw the order was cancelled on the day of delivery without any notice. It's a TV and have family coming over the weekend. This is very frustrating.

    Scraped my door entrances and instead of taking money off bill, best buy wants to give me a giftcard that doesn't even add up to what delivery fees were!!

    I was extremely disappointed with my delivery. The two individuals told me they couldn't install my microwave because there was a piece of wood in the way and that I would need to call a carpenter to take care of this, which I did. The two individuals that came to install the microwave a full MONTH later told me this wasn't necessary and should've been done no problem without calling a carpenter. The dryer was installed to where it stuck out, meaning I can't close the doors in my hallway, which has been very inconvenient. I was originally told they could bring back a different piece to hook up to the wall that would fix this when they came back to install my microwave, but the second deliverers said this wasn't possible. I now have had to take off the doors to where my laundry sits in order to use it. Further, the original deliverers severely scratched the side of my washer, which the second deliverers pointed out to me. I have tried calling a supervisor and didn't hear back.

    If they’re was a way to give 0 Stars I would. Im on 4th Week Rescheduling my Installation. This past Monday I received a few items from my delivery , one them was a broken Washer with literally piecies Chipping off! Now after calling Many times after the issue being escalated several times , they still can’t reschedule the delivery because its locked in “transit” …The delivery was supposed yesterday how is it in”transit”? After Spending $6000 this is not what expected!

    I have been without a TV for a month, since 6/18/2025.. three attempts to deliver my tv. but the delivery was cancelled by BEST BUY. I need help!

    Had a refrigerator and small freezer delivered recently and although the fridge was fine, the freezer had 2 small dents at the bottom. I was told by the delivery personnel that the dents were already there and probably happened while at the warehouse. I guess I could have had them take it back but the freezer was free for buying the refrigerator and will be used in the garage. The dents don't have any negative affect on its ability to work and are just cosmetic. Just worth noting that delivery personnel are not always professional. SMH

    Terrible. Did not work out of the box. Hdmi ports don’t read the items plugged in, including the same Samsung brand sound system. Best Buy scheduled and cancelled delivery repeatedly, sent it to the wrong address and it was just a poor ordeal all around. Seems to be a known issue that Samsung just doesn’t care about. It’s probably why these were on sale at nearly all big retailers this holiday season.
