Not qualified to install electrical product

Installer did not install a strain relief on the power cable to the dryer. Issue is vibration will essentially cut through the power cord over time and possibly kill someone. Best Buy will at one point gets slapped with a lawsuit unless the field ( third party) get training . Luckily I'm an electrical engineer andI happened to be at home. My wife would not have caught that since she does not have any knowledge about it. I paid good money nearly $70 for professional installation which it was not. I pointed it out to them and they finally fixed it. Dryer for operation but it was not balanced with a level. Disappointed in Best Buy.

Poor service and Zero communication skills

Has to go through process of taking box off the fridge.Im sorry,but,my air is on.Then scuffs side of fridge.And Im sure Im missing shelf or shelves??I said something and he didn't talk

Cracked 65" TV delivered and poor customer service

I called 1-800-304-1259 several times today and the agent says they will help me return it and schedule and delivery for a new TV each phone call they place me on hold for an hour and I never hear from them again. This went on for several hours and nobody ever calls you back even after they confirmed your account info and phone number. What kind of customer service is this when you spend $850 on an item. Make sure you have the delivery guys open the box before they leave.

Do not recommend

We've tried all the settings and have to run it on the "heavy" setting to get them mostly clean no matter the number of dishes or how dirty they are. We had a GE that cleaned better without the rinse aid, but all the major components failed on it. Hopefully it doesn't happen with this one as well. We would have returned it if we were still within the return window.

I have owned it for less than two years and it stopped powering on completely. I contacted LG support and their solution was for me to pay a technician $200 just to come look at it. At this point its a $700 drying rack for the dishes that I'll be washing by hand. What a waste of money.

We called and all thry said is sorry it will have to be next week. All our food spoiled not happy. Wont be buying their again.

This dent was noticed a few days after it was delivered and set up. When the light its the door just right, the dent is very noticeable. Its in the front, where it will be seen for the rest of the days and years that I own this refrigerator.

DELIVERY DAMAGE

THEY RAMMED THE WASHER INTO OUR CORNER WALL. WE HAVE TRIED REPEATEDLY TO REACH BEST BUY, SEDGEWICK INSURANCE, AND THE CONTRACT CARRIER WHO INSTALLED - AND AFTER 60 DAYS HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO OUR CALLS AND EMAILS. WE HAVE BEEN GOOD CUSTOMERS WITH BEST BUY, BUT THIS IS CAUSING US TO RECONSIDER EVER STEPPING FOOT INTO A BEST BUY STORE AGAIN. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. THE REPAIR COST SHOULD NOT BE THE HOMEOWNERS.....IT SHOULD BE BEST BUY'S.

In order to deliver most refrigerators you have to take the doors off the refrigerators to get them in a house than put them back on. The delivery people refused to do this and left the refrigerator on my front porch. I guess they expected my senior husband to get it in the house. He did but in the process cracked the plastic on the inside of door. Got it in and all hooked up his self. I called Best Buy they are suppose to be mailing a gift card to me but for all the work my husband had to do that they should have done is a shame. They should have also offered to replace the broken plastic inside door. I know my husband broke that but if they would have done their job right it would’ve got broke. Their delivery service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Samsung dryer

It was such a disappointment. Had to return them and bought something else. Look very modern and beautiful but apparently not sturdy enough for the job.

Unable to hold temperature

It barely reaches 35 before rising to 40+. Best Buy replaced it. I bought a wifi thermostat and we are seeing the same issue. We have a second one we are using as a freezer which has the same issue but it is less of a concern when it rises from -11 to -6, although the constant temp changes do cause frost to occur.

After using the top portion a couple times, we wiped down the inside and noticed the enamel was missing along the back edge. We tried to get it replaced but said we needed service to determine that. The guy came and handed my wife a paint stick. He said we'd have to probably keep applying it so it didn't rust through. Also, the triple burner doesn't work. He said the control knob was discontinued but would see what he could do. It's still under warranty!!!! Just replace it with a new one. Nobody should have to have a defective oven after a couple months. What's going to happen after the warranty. So disappointed. Only hope it's that whirlpool steps up and offers to exchange it.

Super dude not so super

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t that why they send 2 guys to avoid damages. Sure enough i unboxed the Tv, and plugged It in there was a head and shoulders across the screen. The screen was completely damaged. Thanks super guy.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Mando did manage to dent the top of the washer didn't install or Haul away left old washer in yard and new one sitting in my hallway not hooked up. Just left didn't say nothing. Will never use Best Buy again!! Customer Svc was no help even had to wait 24hrs for them to schedule return! ZERO STARS!
