Horrible installation and repairs

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to think that you were the best company to deal with but it took 3 trys to install my washer dryer set last year, then when my washer started acting up I find out you can't repair it and when you tried to replace it you sent the wrong model and refuse to set it up because the guys who originally installed it did it wrong and I still can't get anyone out here to fix it, then I bought a dishwasher and the guy got here and refused to install it because of some valve that comes in trailers (picture below) I can't say anything bad about the item just the service

Continually drops internet connection

All other electronics in our home stay connected, but this tv drops connection 3-4 times a week, and it take about 15-20 min to get it to connect again. I do not recommend this TV! Problem is with TV and not the internet!

Very professional the 1st time. . .

I cannot complain about anything from them, however my 2nd experience was less than pleasant. My washer and dryer came a week late and had to try to reschedule time off with work (as-well-as continuing to go without a way to do laundry at home).

Terrible Service

The service is pathetic and the entire system is broken. They keep transferring me to different departments and I’m not able to still get an answer. Terrible service from Best Buy and the packing and shipping department. Don’t use Best Buy.

Bad install

I only know this because after running the dryer for the first time, it shut off with a D95 code. Per the manual, this said that the dryer vent was 95% closed. Upon inspection, the newly installed/purchased dryer vent was smashed. Also, when the dryer first started up, it was really smoky. I asked the installer if this is normal and she said yes. That is the oil from manufacturing burning off for the first time. She said to run it for 15-20 minutes and it would stop. It did eventually stop. But, she should have mentioned this to me before it started. I didn't have a lot of confidence in what she was saying because it was after the occurrence.

Installation

We know that the washer is being replaced due to probably age and wear and tear. Not sure how techs couldn’t do this job of installing hose.

"Free delivery" cost an afternoon to lame excuse

Our delivery team showed up on time as scheduled. The apartment was on the third floor and they asked if there was an elevator (there is not). It was raining cats and dogs on arrival so they waited ten minutes - which is understandable. Then the rain cleared, they pulled up as if they were getting set to deliver the appliances, and we received a phone call that the delivery team was unable to deliver due to the rain. I offered to send pictures to show it was safe; the manager was not interested in the customer's view of the situation. The photos show the truck backed up to the apartment - clearly no issue with standing water preventing delivery. Suspect it had more to do with flights of stairs than water.

Remote volume and screen issues

I filled a report with Microsoft trying to figure out the issue, it happened watching movies on prime or Netflix sometimes. So today I had some time and put my prime account directly on the TV and these following pics are what happened. I had a greenscreen on some things including watching regular TV, and pixelated trying to watch prime, ive also had volume control issues which ive already complained to the company about, ive always gotten great items from bestbuy through the years and never expected a bad product from them especially something new that was delivered to my home. It couldve just been this one item, mishandled during delivery, or a vizio company issue. I just hope best buy will make this right.

Bad delivery

Don’t know if the TV going to have damage inside or not. Have to wait for few days to try it out and might return if anything wrong with inside of the TV.

Very unhappy.

They said they wouldn’t disconnect the water line and that I needed a plumber which was NOT true at all. They left my new fridge in the center of my living room and said they won’t install it and left. It was a horrible experience. Now I have my old fridge and the new one not connected. So still waiting for my fridge to be installed.

Complete lies and manipulation of Best Buy. They should fire Manada as a vendor. 1000’s of bad reviews based on Manada.

Treadmill review

Contacted BestBuy but never heard back about next steps/solutions. Recommend the treadmill, but I do not recommend having Best Buy put it together for you.

Not Happy

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the last three months, my husband and I purchased a washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator from Best Buy. We have been nothing but exceptionally satisfied except with our last delivery of the refrigerator. The delivery associates were friendly and professional, but they damaged our home and didn’t bother to speak to us about it before leaving. A chunk of the baseboard at the top of our stairs was broke off. My husband watched it happen from the living room. They set the refrigerator on top of the baseboard and then it slid off causing the damage. The wall above the baseboard was scraped and there are several black marks along the wall. The floor at the top of the stairs has chunks taken out as well. The pictures are attached below.
