I used to think that you were the best company to deal with but it took 3 trys to install my washer dryer set last year, then when my washer started acting up I find out you can't repair it and when you tried to replace it you sent the wrong model and refuse to set it up because the guys who originally installed it did it wrong and I still can't get anyone out here to fix it, then I bought a dishwasher and the guy got here and refused to install it because of some valve that comes in trailers (picture below) I can't say anything bad about the item just the service

We have continually had problems with the internet dropping on this TV. All other electronics in our home stay connected, but this tv drops connection 3-4 times a week, and it take about 15-20 min to get it to connect again. I do not recommend this TV! Problem is with TV and not the internet!

Home delivery was on time, but the dryer was delivered with scratches on the screen, not what I was expecting from Best Buy.

The young men who delivered my TV were very professional and courteous. I cannot complain about anything from them, however my 2nd experience was less than pleasant. My washer and dryer came a week late and had to try to reschedule time off with work (as-well-as continuing to go without a way to do laundry at home).

This product has missing parts and Best Buy is making my life miserable to schedule a return. The service is pathetic and the entire system is broken. They keep transferring me to different departments and I’m not able to still get an answer. Terrible service from Best Buy and the packing and shipping department. Don’t use Best Buy.

Prompt and on time. Respectful. Didn't fit fridge to space or level correctly.

When my Dryer was installed, the installers damaged the new dryer vent. I only know this because after running the dryer for the first time, it shut off with a D95 code. Per the manual, this said that the dryer vent was 95% closed. Upon inspection, the newly installed/purchased dryer vent was smashed. Also, when the dryer first started up, it was really smoky. I asked the installer if this is normal and she said yes. That is the oil from manufacturing burning off for the first time. She said to run it for 15-20 minutes and it would stop. It did eventually stop. But, she should have mentioned this to me before it started. I didn't have a lot of confidence in what she was saying because it was after the occurrence.

I paid for installation, but the man who came out said they couldn’t install because of some root that my old hose had. We know that the washer is being replaced due to probably age and wear and tear. Not sure how techs couldn’t do this job of installing hose.

Completely dissatisfied with BestBuy delivery service! Our delivery team showed up on time as scheduled. The apartment was on the third floor and they asked if there was an elevator (there is not). It was raining cats and dogs on arrival so they waited ten minutes - which is understandable. Then the rain cleared, they pulled up as if they were getting set to deliver the appliances, and we received a phone call that the delivery team was unable to deliver due to the rain. I offered to send pictures to show it was safe; the manager was not interested in the customer's view of the situation. The photos show the truck backed up to the apartment - clearly no issue with standing water preventing delivery. Suspect it had more to do with flights of stairs than water.

My first review deleted, I was getting a greenscreen trying to watch movies on my Xbox. I filled a report with Microsoft trying to figure out the issue, it happened watching movies on prime or Netflix sometimes. So today I had some time and put my prime account directly on the TV and these following pics are what happened. I had a greenscreen on some things including watching regular TV, and pixelated trying to watch prime, ive also had volume control issues which ive already complained to the company about, ive always gotten great items from bestbuy through the years and never expected a bad product from them especially something new that was delivered to my home. It couldve just been this one item, mishandled during delivery, or a vizio company issue. I just hope best buy will make this right.

Got my delivery early in the morning and came in with two holes in the front of the box and the plastic film had a little damage too. Don’t know if the TV going to have damage inside or not. Have to wait for few days to try it out and might return if anything wrong with inside of the TV.

The people who delivered the fridge were really rude and did not help with figuring out how to install the fridge. They said they wouldn’t disconnect the water line and that I needed a plumber which was NOT true at all. They left my new fridge in the center of my living room and said they won’t install it and left. It was a horrible experience. Now I have my old fridge and the new one not connected. So still waiting for my fridge to be installed.

They canceled my appointment and retroactively dated it to the 29th so to not look like it was canceled on the day of delivery. Complete lies and manipulation of Best Buy. They should fire Manada as a vendor. 1000’s of bad reviews based on Manada.

My fridge was delivered with its door shattered. Person who delivered it did not take care to make sure it was not broken.

I love this treadmill, but bestbuy did not put together the arms correctly and it was dented on one of the arms. Contacted BestBuy but never heard back about next steps/solutions. Recommend the treadmill, but I do not recommend having Best Buy put it together for you.

This Tv stopped working correctly after 7 months. It has a gray bar that goes through 1/4 of the screen

Horrid. Here’s home delivery. I was told that they couldn’t bring in the new refrigerator as they only allot 15 min for haul away and delivery. So I’ve a $1,400 refrigerator that weighs 300 lbs on my porch.

I purchased refrigerator LED bulbs for a few weeks, but they went out.

In the last three months, my husband and I purchased a washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator from Best Buy. We have been nothing but exceptionally satisfied except with our last delivery of the refrigerator. The delivery associates were friendly and professional, but they damaged our home and didn’t bother to speak to us about it before leaving. A chunk of the baseboard at the top of our stairs was broke off. My husband watched it happen from the living room. They set the refrigerator on top of the baseboard and then it slid off causing the damage. The wall above the baseboard was scraped and there are several black marks along the wall. The floor at the top of the stairs has chunks taken out as well. The pictures are attached below.
