    Very bad delivery service- the agent came over but placed the dryer at the yard, without unpacking and bringing down to the basement (attached photo). He claimed the old unit couldn’t be hauled away due to the fact that there was no new gas pipe to connect the new unit, where I told him he could have just turned the Gasline valve off and disconnect the unit. I am very unhappy with the service and when I tried to call the agent back and texted him but he didn’t respond anymore. I did call the customer service ( ref# 263932698) and was told someone is going to connect within 24 hours but I didn’t hear back. I would appreciate if someone else can be sent over to move the unit in place and perform the hall away of the old unit.

    On time and friendly staff. Everything is working properly. Installing the dishwasher could have been handled more carefully. Chipped the wood on freshly painted cabinets.

    Very bad service. They did not install the washer and dryer, they left it outside my house and one part was damaged from the factory. Not recommended to buy items from home.

    The people that came to install the washer/dryer were nice people and everything was installed correctly. However they damaged some parts of our dryer room. They left a dent in the floor, cracked the overflow tray and left numerous black marks on the back wall.

    Left gouges in my wall, multiple gouges. I reached out to customer service but was blown off. Pretty disappointed considering I had moved all the necessary furniture and obstacles required to easily move the tv in without issue.

    If I could give this a zero I would, the day I made my purchase right before I did I asked if you guys take my tv out of my box and put it on the stand because I’m a woman and can’t lift it. I didn’t need installation just taking it out of the box, the representative I talked to said yes, the delivery person refused left the tv on the floor and left. Horrible service I asked if I had to pay for it because I was willing to and you guys said no then the delivery person comes and said you don’t do that. Very disappointed in the miscommunication and the lack of good service

    ZERO STARS‼️‼️‼️‼️ This tv started to loose color. The tv has 2 dark spots on the screen after just one year and of course a month after the warranty expired. I will NEVER PURCHASE SAMSUCKS AGAIN‼️

    Best Buy Home delivery is the worst. We have scheduled 3 appointments and still don’t have our new appliances 2weeks later. We had a confirmed appointment they no showed and never called yesterday. If I could give them less than one star I would. We are canceling our items due to the delivery service and poor customer service. I been a long time Best Buy customer and this is the worst it’s ever been. I cannot recommend them at this time :(

    I don’t normally give bad reviews on anything but I literally watched these guys drop my television on more than one occasion. The television was slightly damaged when I opened it but the Best Buy rep I spoke with told me there was a pretty extensive claim process that I didn’t feel like dealing with. I’d go to the store if you were going to buy anythinf

    Delivered but not installed as agreed, it was clear they did not want to do the install and left without speaking with me or explaining in any way. You should just hire someone else to do the install if you live in the Panama City Beach area.

    Supposed to receive the stove on August 31st, and when I finally did receive it after 8 hours of waiting for it it was damaged Very disappointed

    My delivery window was 12pm - 6pm. By 8pm they had not arrived. I called Best Buy and the advisor tried to call dispatch to get an update. He said they had not heard from the team. The dispatch called me 30 minutes later and told me that the truck had broken down and not reported it but would be arriving between 10pm and 10.30pm. They arrived at 10.45pm and parked a couple of houses down yelling to each other my house number trying to find the house. I had to go out and direct them. They brought the dryer in but were careless carrying it up the stairs and scratched the from of the dryer door. I would not recommend Best Buy delivery unless you don’t care about your time being wasted and sloppy delivery.

    Terrible service from Best Buy. I ordered a brand new GE Profile dishwasher and what I got was a smelly mildewed refurbished or used dishwasher that won’t even work. My husband spend all evening installing it so I could use it when I got home from work it was supposed to be my Mother’s Day gift so that was really a huge disappointment for the both of us because he wanted me to be excited to be able to use it when I got home and then they offered for me to exchange it for something the same in value but I just want to return it and obviously I won’t be doing any other purchases with Best Buy if this is how they treat their customers. Thanks but NO THANKS!

    Horrible! They did not arrive in an entire day for the appointment that was made multiple times! Then they installed the washer with the travel bolts and packing tape all over it. After running it one time and it literally wobbled its way out of the laundry room and about pulled the hose off the wall. It scratched up my floor now Bestbuy installation won't even call me back. They even setup new appointments to fix things and then they still never show up. I'm not sure what is going on BestBuy but this reminds me of Comcast customer service many years ago. Never again

    The box was damaged when we received the delivery. After opening the box, there were pieces that were broken.

    The delivery of my LG french door fridge didn’t end as I expected since they had to remove the doors to make it easier to bring it in the house after putting it back together and leaving I was left with one broken wire connection and another screw missing on the bottom drawer. Now because of the ripped wire I ended up with the alarm on all the time no water and no ice as well the lights were on on the inside and outside display as well all because it couldn’t sence the door being closed.The fridge was out of stock so I couldnt get it replaced and i ended up having LG come and change the door wich set me back 3 weeks without a fridge and lots of wasted food All thanks to the very professional Geek Squad Delivery.

    The two delivery guys were fast and efficient i suppose, or maybe it was in a hurry and hasty. They scuffed all our walls going up the stairs chipped/ scuffed our rail . We just moved in to a new house and it’s irritating .. they set the tv down outside in the wet Nw, and then brought the mud as they slid it up the stairs. I would think in this state they would be provided boot covers like our other appliance company did. Albert Lee just has a better standard. And now just because I’m irritated one of them smelled so strongly like cigarettes it was just all so unprofessional. I understand it’s big and heavy but my wife helped me move our big couches and not even a scratch.
