    DO NOT USE HOME DELIVERY INSTALL ON DISHWASHER

    I purchased the Bosch 800 Dishwasher from BB. I paid for the "Pro" install, insurance and warranty 5 yrs, Haul away. $1,809.95 They installed on 6/12 and they didn't do it properly bc on 6/17 I found this in my basement. NO ONE at Best Buy or Sedgwick wants to fix this. It was installed incorrectly by Best Buys Majestic Installation. Costs well over $10,000.00 in damages. Have been dealing with this for over a month now.

    Received, doesn't come with anything, not even the power cable. Had to buy separate kit, which is probably common, but that should be in bold warning. It wasn't even suggested as an item to purchase alongside it. When it arrived, we opened it up and it was nicely wrapped, only to find that the entire top rack was broken at the rails and sloped. Now have to deal with returning defective and broken parts via Bestbuy, all the while hoping the internal and electronic parts are intact.

    XPO Delivery services in Indianapolis is TERRIBLE. We were supposed to have a delivery and install of a refrigerator. They sent two persons that were not trained in install of this item. They loaded our haul away in their truck and left the new one in our garage in pieces (see pic of their idea of delivery and install). I was informed it would take days to get someone "trained" to install. That is NOT happening. I am demanding pick up of this item and THEY WILL NOT BE INSTALLING ANYTHING INSIDE MY HOUSE. I have filed a formal complaint with the Indiana Attorney General Office.

    Dishwasher is great, don’t rely on their delivery service for help or support. I bought dishwasher after Black Friday, item not delivered until the week before Christmas. I told them I had pex plumbing. I was told no problem. Installers were plumbers and would be familiar with this. WRONG!!!! Drivers were to arrive in the afternoon, after 12, arrived at 8, while Got irritated I wasn’t expecting them. Did not call!! Came in, took dishwasher out and attempted to hook up and told me they couldn’t do it. Left the pipe unconnected and old me they would have to come back in JANUARY 2020 to connect it and since my pipe was unconnected I had NO water to the kitchen sink. So unprofessional!!!

    Thought I was going to be really happy with these tv's. Bought a 43" and was extremely happy. When it came to our two 50"'s that is another story. Came with lines in them 3 times. Months later lines came back again and would have to pay a fee to have Best Buy come look at it.

    The delivery men tracked slush and dirt into our house and dropped the TV on a corner molding which needed repaired and painted.

    Product was damaged twice upon delivery. I have spent over fifteen hours trying to get this rectified and get a TV that works

    The refrigerator was beeping, reset and delivery people left. Started beeping 5 minutes later and is still beeping. Trying to schedule them to come back out. Whole process is beyond frustrating.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered a new washer and waited 3 weeks which I could handle but, NOT one phone call from them after they kept booking a date to bring the washer. Then I get the washer and a HUGE Dent in it from the factory . The men who brought it apologized but not there fault. The first 2 weeks I was suppose to get washer delivered they NEVER called or texted or emailed until after the appointment was 3 hours gone. I will tell you this if you go to Big Flats, N.Y. even there inside CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

    I gave them one star because I had to, other wise I would have given them ZERO. the worst experience I ever had, the 2 men did not speak English, show up with only 1 item out of 3 that where suppose to be delivered. Then refused to take it off the truck and give it to me, because they didn't like where it was going or the hook up. I told them to leave it and I would hook it up, but they didn't understand, so I told them if they weren't going to unload it, to take it back. I order from Lowe's and they delivered in 2 days every thing and had no problems.

    Did not deliver to my floor because I live on a fourth floor walk up. They left the 180lb fridge in the third which blocked the stairs which made it hard for me and my neighbors to leave the building. Worst delivery service. I paid for hauls way and they also said they couldn't take it down due to me living on the fourth floor. If this happens to you call and ask for a refund and they will give it to you.

    I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star rating!! Your Delivery Service sucks!!! Showed up in a rental truck, no uniform and no experience. They damaged by walls down to the drywall and damaged my woodwork. Stated a refrigerator wouldn’t fit through a door when it initially came through that door. Would not hook up my dryer saying wrong electrical plug in. Hired an electrician at $300 only to find out it was the right electrical plug in. Never again would I use you guys again!!!

    Pirate logistics the 3rd party delivery service is probably ths worst in the business. They broke 2 TVs they dont give 20 min courtesy calls no masks or covid protection of any kind. I didn't receive a courtesy call dispatch said both drives phones had died at the same time thats extremely unlikely., i belive they get paid per hour so their hoping your not home less work they still get paid. They do not have website you google their name only court documents for tax lawsuits show up. Who are these people we are letting in our homes??

    White blotches on bottom corners of TV

    This TV has a decent picture when you’re not watching anything that is dark. When you’re watching a dark screen, there are very irritating and highly noticeable white blotches on the bottom corners. I contacted Sony about the issue on multiple occasions and they continuously said that this is “normal” for these TVs and to lower the brightness to eliminate it. Even when you lower the brightness all the way to where you can barely see the screen, the spots are still there and very visible. I will never buy another Sony TV again. I have two and this is by far the worst TVs I’ve come across.

    They delivered and installed a new dishwasher. The installation was done incorrectly when they connected a drain hose to another drain hose instead of the drain. This crushed the drain hose and caused it to leak all over the floor. It was marked as "complete" however and so they are still charging me.

    I will not be buying another Sont TV. Ive got a Samsung and an LG that have alot smoother OS and have never had an issue that needs me to reset the tv. Ive have this TV for a little over a year and already need to have it repaired for vertical flashing lines coming and going as they please. Highly dissapointed in this purchase as it costed alot of money to be this hokie.

    Delivery was scheduled, they no-showed and failed to even notify us that they weren’t going to be here. A full day wasted. Cancelled my order and plan to buy appliances else where. Do not use BestBuy for appliances. You’re going to get burned.

    On our 4th service call today the installer was rude and dropping his tools on top of the Washer Lid which is made of glass .... after the second request to be more careful, he got angry and stormed out of our house .the driver took back our replacement dryer and left the washer disconnected ..... average time between service calls has been 6 days ...... Now my wife is afraid to be home alone if any Best Buy installer comes back to our house ...We are now on day 25 with no washer/dryer, and my first payment is almost due

    Always deliver our packages to wrong address and never refund back our money or help us get our package. See attached pictures. This is not our house!
