    Purchased 65” Samsung tv bestbuy.com, Did not open the box until about month and half as purchased a new home & seller took some time to move out. When connected the tv , realised a line on the screen. Took it back to a local store , they could not assist me at all as I did not purchase protection plan, return period passed. They also stated does not cover with manufacture warranty as they think it’s a cracked(from a picture), they did not even look at the tv. Learned my lesson , never again from Best Buy.

    They send these two short guys that can barely drive this huge truck and carry the washer I purchased I rally felt like I was going to help them because they were not strong enough to carry these heavy items. Also they broke the column in the entrance of my driveway I called best buy and not answer then call back five times finally someone gave me the email to complain about the damage well a week later still waiting if someone will repair the damage caused in my property. If they are not the type of people to do this job why they were hired I am so upset.

    Worst experience I have ever experienced with a retailer. I can’t get anyone to follow up. Washer and dryer left outside of home and installers left without telling me. Then one of your customer service agents cancelled apt the following week I was waiting for. Unable to get any resolution. No one at Best Buy management or customer service will help. Still have no tv and want to cancel and get refund but can’t contact anyone. Washer and dryer left outside of my home blocking access to others entrances.

    Bought this tv for a gift. When i got to open it , tv doesn't work. Lines andnno picture. Been dealing qith manufacture ,prior to store. After so much of a run-a-round, company stated take back to purchase store due to it came damaged from store. In the mist of everything i ended up testing positive on getting Covid 19. Now i need to figure out how to get this 75in ro store, beings it qas delivered to me. So fustrated and disappointed.

    Aria group agents carried 65” tv in on shoulder instead of team lift and dropped both of my tvs on their end. Then argued that it was perfectly safe to carry them in this way. Best Buy only offered $50 dollar gift card and a third replacement by the same group. Never again.

    Refrigerator refrigerator delivery cost property damage on my home’s main entrance door. Best Buy claims department (Sedgwick) has not provided compensation after almost 2 months and does not respond to my multiple phone messages left on their customer service number, where the only option is to leave messages and no life person to talk to.

    Samsung is not what they used to be

    I am on my second dishwasher from Samsung and in this particular model. The first one, stopped working just after a week. Wouldn’t finish the cycle and finish draining. Best Buy replaced it with a new one, same model, and now after two months the new unit is doing the same exact thing. I used to love Samsung but in the past few years of purchasing their products, TVs, washers dryers and refrigerators, they are not what they used to be. Stay clear of this model, it is a complete waste of money. I will no longer buy anything Samsung has to offer.

    Five attempts at delivering an “in stock”dishwasher purchased on 11/16/2022 only to be disappointment. Each time my dishwasher is either damaged, delivery scheduled was messed up, or they want to completely change delivery times because they will be in your “area” when it’s convenient to them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Still waiting on a dishwasher over 3 months now. Probably will never see it!

    The delivery was scheduled for the time slot 4pm to 8 pm , received the call at 8:30 am that they would be there in minutes! Left screws and metal in driveway, made a mess with snow and mud in my foyer and area rug . Did not level or push back stove , used a cut cord on the stove and plugged it in like that ! Luckily they didn’t level or secure it or push it it into place so we could notice the damage cord . Spoke with management right away still waiting on a resolve .

    1 of the 5 deliveries they forgot the tv and said well theres nothing we can do and left me with the prior (4th) faulty tv

    Using this 3rd party installers has delayed my install terribly. Purchased oven Feb 10. Original install date of Feb 22 was cancelled the night before. Delivered product Mar 8 but did not install, even though it was arranged ahead of time to have the appropriate installer available to cut the cabinet to size. Date moved to Mar 30!!! Oven niw sits waiting in my kitchen.

    Top ice maker stop working after 1 yr warranty expired. Keep getting EF error which we can't even used the water alone. What a piece of junk LG

    This tv ish only 6 months and it already has issues. There is a wide horizontal top to bottom. I won’t buy another insignia TV

    The purchase date says the 18th, but the only option was to use the home delivery service (which was free). Well they tried to ship it to someone’s address in a different state. So I had to cancel that delivery, return to the store and order it again. After waiting a week for it to arrive, one employee carried it (65 inch tv) up the flight of steps while the other was on his phone the whole time. I paid a lot of money for a tv for it to be handled carelessly when then there was a better option.

    Bottom portion was defected, the pacing of the bottom frame was missed aligned, unable to side complete installation, extremely disappointed.

    Got this TV on December 4th and the internet keeps going out. So I pretty much bought a black box for my wall. Apparently this is a common issue.
