Randomly cancelled. Not sure why you did this. Nobody could tell me. Took time off work for nothing and my food spoiled. Am I still eligible for the $400 card? That will cover about half my losses.

The microwave was delivered, not installed, and taken back. It was redelivered without scheduling another installation and next available is 10 days away so we have an unopened microwave sitting in the kitchen for 10 days waiting. Our range was delivered, driver hit our mailbox, and left with the box that had the accessories in it for connecting gas line and flame covers. I don’t recommend Best Buy for any appliance work

Not happy at all my very expensive tv was delivered in a wet dirty damaged box. The men that brought it were rude

Let’s just say Best Buy delivery drivers has been to my home 5 times. This is crazy. I don’t know if the products are damaged coming from the factory, warehouse, or truck. Either way a gift card don’t compensate for my time, scratched floors, and peel paint. My word! I still did the right thing by tipping.

I like on a 4 floor and when it was time for them to bring the TV I ordered to my floor I saw the one guy that was doing all the work abusing the box my 65 inch tv was in . no fault to him!!! it the other guy did not help at all !!! Horrible delivery! Ended up with a beat up box at home. going to test my tv to see if it came ok.

It was raining and the deliver guys are carrying my new french door refrigerator up my brand new stairs I had installed three days ago. The guy uptop slips from his wet shoes and the fridge slides down about three stairs. The stairs are now scratched and the edges will have to be sanded down to work out the nicks. Best Buy should not expect someone to be able to carry a fridge up and down stairs. They make equipment for that.

In two years I have had six deliveries (so far) for two items. The deliveries are constantly coming in damaged because the delivery people allege that they can't inspect before delivery time. After waiting 5-6 hour windows, it is extremely annoying to have a delivery returned and then have to start the entire process over and over and over due to faulty handling of the product. What word would you use for the repeat of constant issues?

When they installed the dryer, they crushed the vent. They didn’t have the right part. I had one of my own there and they crushed it so I have no dryer.

It was nice but as soon as it came out of the box it was dented. Not just one spot but 2

This delivery service is terrible. The delivery men were rude. They didn't unbox the washer. I even have a haul away scheduled, but they said they don't pick up the old one. I asked them to do it based on the service agreement but they asked me back what I can I do about their service. I don't believe Best Buy has this delivery service for the customers.

They damaged my brand new floors, custom made door and molding. I filed a claim with Best Buy. The “manager” of the delivery company called me and asked me to email him photos which I did promptly and he never got back to me.

They scratched my door. Unfortunately I notice that only a few days later.

They dropped off a clearly damaged box. After I called and set up an exchange as the dishwasher for was cracked, they delivered to the wrong address

Greasy hands and smelly delivery drivers. Never again. Holes and a crooked tv. Not professional at all.

It doesn't come with hot line nor power cable this is not good you should let customer knew about it

We have complained about this product from day one now the new dryer came broken and new one installed after almost four weeks and it is not getting hot they been in my home over hour and I ask for me to beable contact manager but wasn’t provided to me directly. Also my credit that was to be on my account for all this trouble never apply only for air oven how sad am I! DELIVERED GUYS ARE AWESOME

The drivers made every excuse not to have to do any work.. and refused to help move the appliance. They were also late to the appointment and never informed us that they wouldn't deliver if there was any snow present... also still wouldn't deliver after I asked them to go to the front door where there was no snow or mud. And just decided to drop the appliance in my neighbors driveway and left.

Not happy with them ordered tv 2 weeks ago and they scheduled me for install then has push back install cause tv not delivered when i can install if just delivered the tv i wanta cancel wont let me at this point i just stop at stores and get it

My delivery was no so good They scratch the freezer so disappointing.

HORRIBLE! Poor installation services and I am unable to get assistance to resolve it. The wire connection is not completed, upside down temperature readout module and loose side shelf. They advised me to bring the grill to the store for repairs.
