Took time off work for nothing and my food spoiled. Am I still eligible for the $400 card? That will cover about half my losses.

Bad and Unresponsive Service

It was redelivered without scheduling another installation and next available is 10 days away so we have an unopened microwave sitting in the kitchen for 10 days waiting. Our range was delivered, driver hit our mailbox, and left with the box that had the accessories in it for connecting gas line and flame covers. I don’t recommend Best Buy for any appliance work

Worse Delivery Service

This is crazy. I don’t know if the products are damaged coming from the factory, warehouse, or truck. Either way a gift card don’t compensate for my time, scratched floors, and peel paint. My word! I still did the right thing by tipping.

Ripped the box, One guy did not help

Horrible delivery! Ended up with a beat up box at home. going to test my tv to see if it came ok.

Scratched and nicked my stairs

The guy uptop slips from his wet shoes and the fridge slides down about three stairs. The stairs are now scratched and the edges will have to be sanded down to work out the nicks. Best Buy should not expect someone to be able to carry a fridge up and down stairs. They make equipment for that.

Damages over and over

The deliveries are constantly coming in damaged because the delivery people allege that they can't inspect before delivery time. After waiting 5-6 hour windows, it is extremely annoying to have a delivery returned and then have to start the entire process over and over and over due to faulty handling of the product. What word would you use for the repeat of constant issues?

Terrible install

Terrible Delivery Service from Best Buy

They didn't unbox the washer. I even have a haul away scheduled, but they said they don't pick up the old one. I asked them to do it based on the service agreement but they asked me back what I can I do about their service. I don't believe Best Buy has this delivery service for the customers.

I filed a claim with Best Buy. The “manager” of the delivery company called me and asked me to email him photos which I did promptly and he never got back to me.

Worsts experience

Also my credit that was to be on my account for all this trouble never apply only for air oven how sad am I! DELIVERED GUYS ARE AWESOME

Very disappointed

They were also late to the appointment and never informed us that they wouldn't deliver if there was any snow present... also still wouldn't deliver after I asked them to go to the front door where there was no snow or mud. And just decided to drop the appliance in my neighbors driveway and left.

Unacceptable Installation & no plans to correct it

The wire connection is not completed, upside down temperature readout module and loose side shelf. They advised me to bring the grill to the store for repairs.
