buyer beware on any online purchase and delivery

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the box was opened and the tv literally fell out of the box as it was delivered. do not buy new samsung tv from best buy, they will ship you a used, hopefully refurbished tv and then not offer a new one to you. very poor rating on this purchase. if i would do again i would go anywhere else. they will not even refund my $! even though they delivered a used product. buyer beware

Worst support

If I am lying, see the attached pictures try to talk to the manager until my battery died. and that was the second time trying to reach out to them because my first call was disconnected and I didn’t screen short that.

Nightmare…. Floor damaged

They ripped up a plank on my floor and I had to send the dryer back so the floor could be repaired. Was without washer and dryer for weeks. Still waiting on Best Buy insurance to refund my repair cost.

Insignia washer trash

Leaked on two separate delivery tries. Had to waste 2 days of work waiting for your 7a = 7pm window. Not happy that I ordered the $49 membership.

Then found out to late, past the 30 day return policy that it must have been dropped because there is a separation between the screen and the back of it on the side.

Horrible Company

Called and spoke to 8 different people over 5 hours of time on the phone and was not able to get a suitable replacement product. Situation is still not resolved. Best Buy is the worst company that I have ever done business with.

Plugged The TV Up & This Is How It Looked. SMH. Now I Have To Return It At The Store. My Lesson Is DO NOT ORDER TVs FROM ONLINE TO SHIP! This Was My First And Last Time. GEEK SQUAD_Subwoofer installed upside down_damaged

The Sony Soundbar was installed as part of a package that included a new Sony 77-inch Bravia XR HDTV. The subwoofer was placed on its top to the tile flooring with the protective feet up.

Poor delivery and customer service

They said we'll be contacted but no one called us. We've contacted them several times, but nothing has been done for 3 weeks.

Not Delivers and install on time still waiting

Its being 3 weeks we ordered still waiting for instal very poor communication. Their promise is fake not satisfied very disappointed. Was moving into new home, wasn't able to open box for 3 weeks as i simply had higher priorities in the house. Would not give replacement part as 15 days had gone by.

So instead of going through the front door they kicked and shoved appliance through the doorway. In doing this they scrapped off the paint on the door. Their statement to us “oh that’s ok you can repaint.” No accountability. Do not recommend. Awful service.

Dented and missing parts

Also missing top shelf that hold the butter. Also tried to charge me for a water line hook up which fridge dont even come with(unless you buy add-on) delivery guys took photos and said someone will call me to replace, been a week still no call.

Remove the plastic yourself.

They messed up the inner seal to the door by savagesly removing the plastic protective coating. There is so much plastic left that i can not remove since so little is left that i can not get a grip. They did not even bother leveling it.
