the box was opened and the tv literally fell out of the box as it was delivered. do not buy new samsung tv from best buy, they will ship you a used, hopefully refurbished tv and then not offer a new one to you. very poor rating on this purchase. if i would do again i would go anywhere else. they will not even refund my $! even though they delivered a used product. buyer beware

Installation not complete machine not fixed on furniture frame

They kept the new waterline I bought with my refrigerator and never install it and never disclose to me, I have been frustrated trying to reach out to them. If I am lying, see the attached pictures try to talk to the manager until my battery died. and that was the second time trying to reach out to them because my first call was disconnected and I didn’t screen short that.

Opened the box and the TV was cracked and didn’t work. Beware of BestBuy

First Delivery attempted ended in a nightmare. They ripped up a plank on my floor and I had to send the dryer back so the floor could be repaired. Was without washer and dryer for weeks. Still waiting on Best Buy insurance to refund my repair cost.

Good tv but screen has started to show streaks in less than 2 years.

Delivery team with Melvin was good. Product was trash. Leaked on two separate delivery tries. Had to waste 2 days of work waiting for your 7a = 7pm window. Not happy that I ordered the $49 membership.

The exchange on my Replacement TV took over 2 weeks. Then found out to late, past the 30 day return policy that it must have been dropped because there is a separation between the screen and the back of it on the side.

here is how geek squad delivers my bowflex, two individuals with their pants around their knees delivering a broken bowflex on top of their personal piece of crap suv. real professional, best buy told me its not their problem, call bowflex

If I could give 0 stars I would. $2600 TV was delivered broken. Called and spoke to 8 different people over 5 hours of time on the phone and was not able to get a suitable replacement product. Situation is still not resolved. Best Buy is the worst company that I have ever done business with.

This Review Is About The Delivery. I Ordered A TV & It Was Delivered any Best Buy Geek Squad. Plugged The TV Up & This Is How It Looked. SMH. Now I Have To Return It At The Store. My Lesson Is DO NOT ORDER TVs FROM ONLINE TO SHIP! This Was My First And Last Time. Just Go To The Store And Pick It Up.

The Sony Subwoofer was installed by the Geek Squad upside down causing damage to the top of the unit (see photograph). The Sony Soundbar was installed as part of a package that included a new Sony 77-inch Bravia XR HDTV. The subwoofer was placed on its top to the tile flooring with the protective feet up.

The team isn’t knowledgeable in installing the equipment and will damage your home.

The delivery team damaged our staircase, floor, and drywall (brand new home). They said we'll be contacted but no one called us. We've contacted them several times, but nothing has been done for 3 weeks.

Ordered ring security system didnt show up on time next time they came with with incomplete stuff. Its being 3 weeks we ordered still waiting for instal very poor communication. Their promise is fake not satisfied very disappointed. They showed up today with incomplete kit and i called they said itme out of stock

They delivered damage good, poor quality company and that why they will door sooner rather then later.

Broken on receipt. Was moving into new home, wasn't able to open box for 3 weeks as i simply had higher priorities in the house. Would not give replacement part as 15 days had gone by.

The appliance did not fit through doorway they chose to go through. So instead of going through the front door they kicked and shoved appliance through the doorway. In doing this they scrapped off the paint on the door. Their statement to us “oh that’s ok you can repaint.” No accountability. Do not recommend. Awful service.

Fridge was delivered with 2 big dents on bottom of the fridge making door impossible to open. Also missing top shelf that hold the butter. Also tried to charge me for a water line hook up which fridge dont even come with(unless you buy add-on) delivery guys took photos and said someone will call me to replace, been a week still no call.

Your better off having them just place it where you want it. They messed up the inner seal to the door by savagesly removing the plastic protective coating. There is so much plastic left that i can not remove since so little is left that i can not get a grip. They did not even bother leveling it.
