BESTBUY SENT THE WRONG TV

The screws were not in the sealed bag it was all over the box. The remote didnt look brand new. I was very disappointed with bestbuy . The is unacceptable.

Horrible lines on tv

I can’t see anything on the screen besides lines everywhere I bought this tv October 2020 not even 2 years that it lasted. I’m super disappointed in Sony hopefully they can fix this no tv should go out that fast.

Terrible service

I showed him my paperwork and still refused to do it. Best Buy will never have me a customer again

Only worked 6 months

Awful

In either case I have a useless TV that Best Buy will not make right - because I didn't open the box until 10 days after the eligible return window. Beyond infuriating. Don't bother paying for home delivery.

65 Inch Samsung TV

Very Disappointed

It has been almost a week to find an adapter for gas connection and still no luck. Best Buy did not provide one and Samsung is refusing to help because the gas range was not bought directly from them. So frustrating, ready to return the product.

I was expecting the delivery in an enclosed vehicle as I have a truck but wanted the protection. Shocked there wasn’t any damage

Smooth, On-Time, and Stress-Free Installation

Extended Warranty versus Factory Warranty

I was told Factory Warranty supersedes Best Buy extended warranty and TotalTech membership. Now I have to call Toshiba for support, instead of getting support from local BestBuy store.

Poor Picture and Service

Cloudy, glowing screen that bleeds into other areas. 2 week return period from Best Buy is a joke, they are no help. LG customer service isn’t much better.
