Currently on installation attempt number 3. Countless phone calls and time wasted dealing with this. Both Geek Squad national number and the local contract company here in Oakland, CA. Poor communication, poor service. And by the way, I am a paid "elite" member.

After several attempts and a couple of different teams arriving or not showing at all, I am still amaze in how bad this service has been, from MIA to defective product to refusing to install…Last team left it at my living room.

I received the TV 75" with damage. I need replacement.

They delivered it and wrecked the floor when they pulled it into place,so dumb they put the metal things that go on the screws so they don’t dig into the floors found them on the top of fridge.. so screws were digging in to the floor..

Washer did not work for a few cycles. Horribly installed and left to us to figure out. Hot water was turned off and not connected.

My camera camera catching them claiming nobody was home when we took timemoff of work.

I couldn't even get my product delivered because they couldn't get the old refrigerator out they tore up the old refrigerator tore up my walls and won't even compensate me for my damage. It was more damage than that.

Had to get a replacement fridge after 1 week. Delivery man was shown a problem, made a silly excuse. after long waits, got appointment to fix. Even after several calls to confirm they were still coming they never showed.

My kitchen floor was damaged during a very simple installation. The delivery team slid my appliance across the floor, creating irreparable gouges. It's been a month and a half since I've contacted the claim department and they haven't been any help. They're currently ignoring me.

Tv was damaged when it came outta the box. I think ill come pick the next one up.

The refrigerator arrived with a long dent in the door and a small one on the side.

Wish i could give them no stars. 3rd tv to show up busted. Was supposed to have someone come set it up they mever showed. What a disgrace.

Received my brand new fridge dented and damaged. Very disappointed, expected to have a beautiful new appliance but instead I received something that looks worse than a hand me down.

After having this washer and dryer for years, we started having major problems with it. It's out of warranty so I started looking at it myself. Found the problem. Best Buy installed the cold and hot water backwards, causing damage to it over the last 4 years.

I ordered a massage chair. The delivery guys told me it cost $149 for installation. I refused to pay, so they left me this giant box in my living room and walked out. It doesn’t make sense to pay $149 for unboxed the massage chair and plug it into the wall.

The delivery experience was horrible. One of the installers was very rude. I would not recommend the installation service to anyone. His language was inappropriate and I honestly feel like he was trying to intimidate me. They also damaged my walls.

Delivery guy marred up my wall and tore a chunk off of my hand rail! He proceeded to take lictures and say he would follow up and have it fixed. Looks like thats never going to happen! Ill borrow a trailer and bring my own appliances home from now on!!!

Very disappointed with the service. I bought the family hub refrigerator and it was damaged.Then they replaced 6 times..Every time it was damaged..

They gave me a TV with a lacerated box and inside the TV was bent on one of its sides.
