The upscaling on big images look great. Played a 1998 game ps1 game on it and it did great. Yes all tiny images look like super grainy but yea super happy with the TV. I had to adjust to aspect ratio and a few things but you should always adjust the tv to your likings. Only thing that i don't like is their is no source input button on the remote. I have several old devices that won't send a proper signal for the TV to switch over to the correct input and need to do it through the tv menu.

Delivery was scheduled between 10:30 and 2:30. Driver called at 10 and said they were 20 minutes out. They installed the range and leveled it. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very cordial and helpful. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Works great and is very intuitive. It does a trial spin at the beginning of the wash cycle to determine if your load is balanced. It’s 200x better than a GE I bought that broke twice when there was an unbalanced load. There was an issue with delivery. Supposedly my first delivery window was cancelled the night before due to a car accident. I think they had enough time to contract someone else to deliver but didn’t. 2nd attempt worked.

Been debating on this tv and it couldn’t have been a better choice. It’s by far the best tv I’ve ever had and seen. I’d highly recommend it. The price isn’t bad at all compared to others but the quality is just as amazing very realistic. Very satisfied!!

Delivery of my insignia refrigerator was almost uneventful. The only problem we had is that Best Buy’s system has both my home address and my work address stored in their system and even though I specified to ship it to my home address when I purchased it online it still wanted to send it to my work, I spoke to one of Best Buy’s agents that called me few days before delivery to confirm everything and I realized that they were shipping it to the wrong address. They had to move my delivery to the following day of my original delivery because it was going to a different area, which I guess I understand, but the problem for us is we were just getting by with our old defective refrigerator and needed the new one ASAP. The great thing about the delivery time that they set was that once the refrigerator was in route you can track how many stops away it is through the Best Buy app so you know when the delivery guys are going actually show up. Otherwise, there were no dents or scratches in my product and they didn’t bash it into the walls or door jam when they brought it into my condo. Great Job!

The delivery was so smooth! They allow you to pick your day, a wake up call day of just to let you know they’re on the way, and they set it down wherever you need it. My cats loved the delivery person too !

Tv was delivered on time and in great condition in original box. The installers bram and rusty took time to install correctly.

I have been a Best Buy customer for 20+ years and have taken their delivery option many times. They are always on time , efficient , courteous and competent in their work. This purchase was done in two deliveries , first the washer and the next day the dryer as it requires a qualified plumber to hook up the gas. each delivery was completed within 30 minutes and each time the service techs informed us of the operation of each unit. They hauled off the old units which is great.

Finally upgraded my living room TV in preparation for the new Xbox coming out which has 4K capability. My old TV was absolutely fine and very crisp at 1080p, but this has been a fantastic upgrade so far. The set up was an absolute breeze, from unboxing to plugging it in. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on so much additional quality, for just $300? My dad has a much more expensive 4K tv from a different brand that I’ve watched some football games and movies on around the holidays. He wasted his money. After doing some research I decided to save some money and buy the TCL and now I’ll have to watch him wallow in his tears when he sees he didn’t need to spend $850. EXPERT TIP: DO NOT BE DISSUADED WHEN IMMEDIATELY PLUGGING IN AND WATCHING YOUR FAVORITE SHOW, YOU NEED TO TOY WITH THE VIDEO SETTINGS TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE. If you aren’t tech savvy simply go on YouTube and search for how to adjust the settings on your specific model, it will make a world of difference and is not difficult. Buy this TV and don’t look back

They delivered my 75" TV and my 100" TV with care, and they helped me put it inside in the space I needed. The guys were very respectful and professional. They called me ahead of time to let me know they would be here at home in 30 minutes, excellent service!

The installation and delivery went really smooth I received a call from Arturo one of the guy's that were coming to remove and install my new refrigerator. He abd his co-worker showed up a couple minutes early and were really quick removing the front door to my house to get the best access for the job. They were careful with replacing the refrigerator and explained to expel 3 gallons of of water and toss out 3 full bins of ice before consuming any of it. If these guys show up to your place you are in great hands.

Great service the only thing that could make it top tier is friendly greeting and a interest in asking the customer questions about the service and if we might need any clarification on anything or help with installation. Other then that they brought me the product in time and it was safe.

Best range I’ve ever purchased! We’ve used the double oven and air fryer! Chefs kiss! Highly recommend! 10/10! Shot out to Steve over at the Brentwood store and Odis at Bridgeton Outlet! I bought this Sony OLED back in 2020 and it has served me well through one move and daily use. I bough it for the purpose playing the New PS5 and watching movies. Couldn’t have been happier except it recently developed a white glow across the top of the screen. Thankfully I bought the 5 year warranty and BB is replacing it with the newer version for the same price I bought it. (1.5k) Sony is the best and BB is true to their word.

David and one other gentlemen were tremendous with my home freezer delivery! They arrived near the beginning of the delivery window and gave me a 20-minute heads-up call, which was very appreciated. They were incredibly careful with my freezer and in my home, not to mention they were in and out in under 15 minutes. They even removed the tape, styrofoam, installed the handle, and leveled it for me! I hope to receive this level of service every time I use home delivery.
