On time, friendly, carried the ebike up the stairs

One of the pedestals bent on the bottom. Will go ahead and use it since the area of concern being the corners appear to be intact. I have someone on the way to help install. Would have been nice to have installation as an option but that wasn’t provided when making the purchase. Instead was carried upstairs and dropped off. I can understand that with small items, but items that require manual labor to install might be worth consideration. I’m a disabled veteran with spinal conditions that make it impossible for me to install.

I have been a Best Buy customer for 20+ years and have taken their delivery option many times. They are always on time , efficient , courteous and competent in their work. This purchase was done in two deliveries , first the washer and the next day the dryer as it requires a qualified plumber to hook up the gas. each delivery was completed within 30 minutes and each time the service techs informed us of the operation of each unit. They hauled off the old units which is great.

The TV was delivered in great condition and the staff was willing to lift it up to my living room inside the apartment.

We bought at a 85" tv.... heavy and not easy to move, however the Best Buy delivery team did a wonderful job. On-time, quick and smooth delivery.

This tv is awesome! The color and detail in the picture is like you’re right there in the tv. Our salesperson, Jordan was amazing and spent a lot of time educating us old non-techy folks. We are thrilled, to say the least with the tv and also with the wonderful service we received.

This TV is so bright with a beautiful, clear picture. Image does not degrade when viewing from an angle because panel is not a VA but ADS PRO. The contrast is good, blacks are also great and $2000 less than the Bravia 9. I love this TV and would buy again. I also have a 65 inch Hisense U6G and it is working well for two years, love it!!!. This U8n model is the best 75 inch TV for your money.

Everything went very well I'm happy with the service that I received from the delivery team the two nen who delivered my television was very polite and professional they made sure the television was secure I was so happy to receive it earlier than the time they said

The guys that delivered my Samsung appliances called and told me they were running late but it was the holidays. Dishwasher, oven and microwave all hooked up no problem, the guys were very efficient. The refrigerator was dubbed up but that could have been during shipping.
