Installation was also part of the order, only they did not have time. Said to call Best buy. Delivery people just left both appliances in the middle of my kitchen in the crates

The delivery service was really poor. The washing machine came with several scratches.

Worst service ever. They brought the new dishwasher and it is missing a part and failed to bring the installation kit we had paid. The old dishwasher is still at home awaiting to be pick up. To complete, no one answer the messages and phone calls.

Is this even a 4K tv? It sure says it is in product description. Just got Direct TV 4K receiver. Went to their 4K channels and it displays " Your TV is not 4K enabled. Playing in 1080p display". WTF??? Geek squad was not even slightly helpful. Will be going to store to discuss this with someone there. Ridiculous.

Horrible! They claimed that the floor was not level when the real issue was that the unit had been dropped! I can't stand dishonesty...

I feel like either the delivery guys didn’t know what they were doing or the just rushed through the set up. Appliance came out of the box BRAND NEW, but after delivery & set up looks like I’ve had it for YEARS! I’m heartbroken!

Broke my item on install and Best Buy won’t fix it. Ridiculous for there to be no accountability.

The "installers" didn't clamp the dryer hose so it was totally loose. When I dried a load of laundry, the laundry room filled up with dust and heat.

Product was damaged. There was nothing anyone could do. I had to take the damaged item

They did not install the refrigerator claiming that the water valve is leaking. The installed doesn’t know how to twist the valve to shut off that’s why its leaking. I install the hose myself without any problem.

Refrigerator water dispenser it was not properly set up on the second visit, There was a separate issue with the water on the first delivery. I was overcharged for the water hook up however I was not reimbursed.

Best buy forgot the freezer tray and they want me to contact Samsung. Do not do home delivery and feel squad installation.

We have had our tv for 16 months and the picture is going out. First it was lines and now the it is fading put. I have not had any luck reaching Westinghouse for support.

Two foreign guys showed up that didn’t speak English. They tried to deliver without hooking up the fridge as I had paid for. They then damaged my trim trying to jam the fridge through a doorway vs taking off the doors.

Took 3 reschedule to get my tv and when it arrived it was not working
