The delivery experience for both my TV and washer replacement was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was clear, communication ahead of time was helpful, and the delivery team arrived within the expected window. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They handled both items carefully, completed the installation without any issues, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also explained what they were doing and answered any questions along the way. Replacing large appliances can be stressful, but this experience was straightforward and well-organized. Everything went exactly as planned, and I appreciated how easy Best Buy made the entire process.

I was very impressed by Best Buy's (free in my case) home delivery service. I was able to schedule my delivery for about 48 hours after my purchase, which, in my opinion, was a quick turnaround. On the delivery day, real-time communication and updates through the Best Buy app were consistent and accurate, and the driver's communication via phone call was good, too. The driver and his assistant brought my television up to my apartment and were very careful with handling. Overall, I found this delivery program to be of excellent quality and it provided me with excellent customer service.

I felt compelled to due a review base upon my experience with the Driver/installer by the name of Antonio & Alexis from the initial day of the install they were texting me there ETA which I really appreciate very much!!!! They were super careful going up the staircase making sure they did not bang up both washer & dryer!!!! They were quite detailed in their instructions over the use of both machines I really feel these two gentlemen are to be commended for their professionalism!!!! Thanks Antonio & Alexis !!!!!

Best buy customer service was great! Just had some issues with the product! But it was resolved and we are enjoying the new oven.

They rescheduled when it was snowing outside, but that didnt matter because they showed up and did everything perfectly when they arrived

Absolutely wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, careful, caring, I mean these guy were on the money with everything. Anytime they had a suggestion and a question, they asked me first and everything they suggested was correct. They cleaned up and respectful of my house. I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy for the first time, and the experience was great. They made a small mistake at one point, but it was okay. They came twice for delivery without charging anything extra, and they even honored a price match. Thank you—I really appreciate it.

We had a great experience with the home delivery of our new dryer through Best Buy. We were able to get a delivery window within 2 days of placing our order in a time frame that worked for us. The delivery men were extremely polite, professional and so fast. We have used this service a few times in the past for other appliance purchases and will continue to do so in the future!

It has always been a nightmare trying to get Best Buy's third party delivery teams to coordinate schedules. This is my 3rd time having best buy do delivery of Appliances in last 4 years, and I will say it was the best one yet. The two gentlemen who set my laundry and fridge up were super efficient and no walls were damaged!

The first thing I saw with jaw dropping expression was the screen size . The screen size is 100 inches . It’s a complete unique concept to enjoy your TV time like watching sports games , movies nights and playing games . It’s a unique and amazing way to enjoy the tv on a such a big screen with beautiful colors and contrast , it makes me feel like I’m watching movies in mini theater. It’s a wholesome experience. The picture and vision quality is so good . It has the smart platform with the new technology of fire tv to enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Max, YouTube, Apple TV+, Peacock, Paramount+. It also had the screen mirroring which really make to play my favorite thing from my phone to Tv screen . The LED panel feature is mini -LED QLED type . The width of the tv is slim and thin and it almost stick to the wall perfectly . The installation process is so simple and I follow the instructions on the manual and it’s took few minutes to set up . It automatically loads the all the applications. It has Mini-LED with up to 1000 nits peak brightness, Native 144Hz with AI Smooth Motion, 144Hz Game Mode Pro with Game Bar, Hi-View AI Engine, QLED Color. I can control my TV with Alexa and my from iPhone which is so cool and amazing. The picture quality of the tv is so stunningly good . The vibrant colors and excellent resolution and impressive performance is included . The quality of the picture is so clear and vibrant and sharp . The Tv has inbuilt sound which is strong and high performance. I can enjoy my favorite music with amazing sound quality. It gives a whole movie theater experience. I love the sound performance and it won’t need any soundbar to enhance the quality of the audio Game Mode Pro ensures responsive gameplay. Overall I love this new AI technology based TV with huge screen , best sound quality and to enjoy the movies , sports , news . It changed my entire experience of watching TV . Everything is so straightforward and easy to use and so impressive. It has all the new technology based features like amazing picture quality , sound performance and airplay with screen mirroring . Now movies night with kids and family are on a new level of fun and entertainment. I can definitely recommend it, me and my family loves it .
