My installation guy was the best. Not only was he courteous, but he knew exactly what he was doing - took one look at the old dishwasher and knew that the new one would fit perfect. He installed the dishwasher quickly and efficiently. The guys took care to avoid scratching my hardwood floor and cleaned up afterward.

We were very impressed with our in-home delivery service of our 85" TV. The team was punctual and communitive when they were close to arriving. They delivered the TV in the house close to the location of our install. They even pointed out which side to open from.

Delivered safe and quickly, great communication!!!

The refrigerator arrived with dent along the entire depth of the side. The delivery guy handled it well he took pics and immediately sent them to his source and then called on the phone, putting it on speaker, and also had me speak to the rep. A replacement fridge will arrive at some point. We’ve only had it a couple of days and like it very much, so far. I will say that after the delivery guys had gone, we were left with a lot of remaining sticky covering to remove. But even worse was the wide tape residue and filaments stuck to several areas of the fridge. When I asked the guy how to remove it he said wet a cloth with hot water and rub it and it will come right off. It did not make a difference. We tried goo-gone, rubber cement thinner.. it was a mess. After 2-1/2 to 3 hours we deemed it good enough, since we’d be getting a replacement anyway. So beware… if you’re thinking of getting one, have the delivery guys do it!

These guys were absolutely amazing. They were fast, polite, and very accommodating. I’m very happy I decided to go with delivery. You may have to wait a little while to get it delivered but it sure is a burden lifted of your shoulders having them deliver specially if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I would highly recommend these guys !!!!

Listen!!!! Not only were they early/ontime…. THEY WORKED SO FAST! I blinked my eyes and they were showing me how it worked. Clean and neat team as well. Came prepared to get the units in my new home with no damage!!!

My area that transitions from my front door to my Kitchen area has a gap about 35 inches wide. SO, in saying this the Frig was exactly 35 inches. If i would have brought it in myself it would have been a very tough haul. The movers took the handles off the doors and moved it in with precision.

The delivery folks removed our old over-the-range microwave and installed the new one in less than an hour. We paid extra to have the old unit hauled away, which they did. We've been using the new microwave for about a month and everything works fine.

We're very pleased with our new front load LG washer. It's very efficient and we love the extra spin cycle which saves on drying time. Had a top load before and just never spun the water out like the front load. Thank you

The team was fantastic. They notified me before arrival that they were ahead of schedule and would be at my house earlier than expected. Once they got to work, they were quick and efficient and even did a test run before leaving to ensure there were no leaks. They hauled away my old dishwasher and installed the new one in no time. The installation was smooth and very easy. The installers were polite and very courteous. They took the time to explain how to operate and set up the TV.

The delivery men were amazing. They called before they came and were timely and courteous. They treated us with respect and were careful not only with the new refrigerator, but with our personal property. They anticipated the needs of getting the refrigerator in and asked us to move some personal items for their own protection. We appreciated their attention to detail. The two men gave us a thorough opportunity to examine the refrigerator, to learn of some of the operations and answered questions with focus and attention. These two delivery couriers were amazing and we are very grateful for their kind and skilled service.
