The tv has a nice software.it has a few HDMI connection. I also like the controller because has one bottom for you tube.

Nothing but great things to say about the team that came with my fridge and wheeled it exactly into the placw I need it and did everything cheerfully and professionally. To be honest I didn't expect to be so impressed but now I won't hesitate to buy a Best Buy installed item.

Purchased this budget tv 65 inch for $340 tax & delivery included. Well worth the money. Delivery was great and I was notified by the delivery driver the time and my delivery location preference. 2 delivery men delivered this tv and not 1 delivery driver like Amazon, Fed ex, UPS or Shipt driver. I'm glad bestbuy still uses real delivery personal. Unboxing was no hassle and nothing was damaged or out of place. I'm very impressed with bestbuy's website ease of purchase and choice of delivery time, day and location preference. I would definitely recommend bestbuy and this Hisense 65 inch QD5 to anyone who's on a budget but wants the lastest in technology such as google tv, 4k resolution and dolby Atmos surround sound. Coming from a long-term Samsung enthusiast I would recommend this tv in a heartbeat.

We ordered a compact refrigerator to replace a very old unit. This purchase included home delivery as well as removal of the old fridge. Everything went very well and we are happy with the new unit (see picture). Job well done

Finally upgraded my living room TV in preparation for the new Xbox coming out which has 4K capability. My old TV was absolutely fine and very crisp at 1080p, but this has been a fantastic upgrade so far. The set up was an absolute breeze, from unboxing to plugging it in. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on so much additional quality, for just $300? My dad has a much more expensive 4K tv from a different brand that I’ve watched some football games and movies on around the holidays. He wasted his money. After doing some research I decided to save some money and buy the TCL and now I’ll have to watch him wallow in his tears when he sees he didn’t need to spend $850. EXPERT TIP: DO NOT BE DISSUADED WHEN IMMEDIATELY PLUGGING IN AND WATCHING YOUR FAVORITE SHOW, YOU NEED TO TOY WITH THE VIDEO SETTINGS TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE. If you aren’t tech savvy simply go on YouTube and search for how to adjust the settings on your specific model, it will make a world of difference and is not difficult. Buy this TV and don’t look back

Second pair of guys I got were really kind. The first pair were panhandlers just make sure before you speak to any of them. What the charge will come out to because that’s what they do when they’re not supposed to do that. Be careful if you ordered washing machines and they weren’t working the first time there should be no charge if you had your washing machines for a while and you’re calling for their services to help you repair then you do have to pay. Have a wonderful day.

I have never experienced such a professional delivery of any item that I purchased!! The "geek squad" made sure that a) knew when they would be there, b) how to make sure that we unboxed the TV correctly, and c) that we had 14 days to return for any reason.

The gentlemen that delivered our freezer, were very careful in unload, unboxing, and installing. They were professional, courteous, and helpful.

Received my frig on time as promised. The two guys who delivered it were phenomenal. The picked up the frig that I had ordered that would not fit the opening it was supposed to fit in and delivered the correct size even though it was my error.
