Second pair of guys I got were really kind. The first pair were panhandlers just make sure before you speak to any of them. What the charge will come out to because that’s what they do when they’re not supposed to do that. Be careful if you ordered washing machines and they weren’t working the first time there should be no charge if you had your washing machines for a while and you’re calling for their services to help you repair then you do have to pay. Bought a Galiano Forno stove recommended by a friend. It was delivered on Dec 22. I have not used it as of yet but I am impressed not only the look but the BTU of the burners. Cannot wait to cook.

Ot was great, they delivered very early about 7:30am and they installed both washer end dryer in about less than 15 minutes. Everything was left working.

I was looking for a second refrigerator to go in my kitchen nothing to big since the first one I brought wouldn’t fit through my front door so I ended up having to put it in my basement which worked out good however when my delivery arrived 1.5 hour late and they didn’t bother to call until they were 5 mins away to let me know the status of their arrival I thought they weren’t coming when they arrived they insisted that the refrigerator couldn’t fit through my front door because I was the last stop my guess is they were tired I asked them to remove the doors to both the unit and my porch because I knew it would fit I just had one removed that was a little bigger with no problem they tried to convince me it wouldn’t fit so I started removing the screws to my door as they stood and watched me and finally after 5 mins one of them decided to help me once the door was off the unit went in my house without a problem they hooked the unit up witch is nice but left me to put my door back on myself poor delivery service I would recommend the refrigerator but not the delivery I’m glad it was free I guess you get what u pay for

This tv is awesome! The color and detail in the picture is like you’re right there in the tv. Our salesperson, Jordan was amazing and spent a lot of time educating us old non-techy folks. We are thrilled, to say the least with the tv and also with the wonderful service we received.

Received my frig on time as promised. The two guys who delivered it were phenomenal. The picked up the frig that I had ordered that would not fit the opening it was supposed to fit in and delivered the correct size even though it was my error. Best Buy's customer service played a big part in making that happen. Due to the excellent service and consideration, I received, Best Buy is now the only place I will get my appliances. Thank You

Replaced 5 year old Toshiba 50” The picture on this Samsung 55” TV is amazing! Very simple to use, the cost is well worth it! Colors are far more vibrant and some shows are almost always like watching video not tape. I am extremely pleased that I bought this TV! Love it!
